50/55 depends if im doing them on flat ground or inclined , 18yo
btw these results are different from person to person , doesnt matter if both people have same body/workout , it depends on your cardio rate which everyone has different , some people are good doing very fast things for short period of time and others do slow things in long time...its like saying how many you can do in 1min very fast or if you can resist doing them non-stop for 10min :)
