2. Contact the seller and claim for warranty
3. Contact Razor Support via their website or any other official Razor outlet.
4. Keep your purchase bill safe
PS. Make sure that your black edition is really faulty before following these steps. You can use any Razer Deathadder, all feel the same. I have a black edition.It took me days to get used to, so just double-check.
