we just subscribe for vip hltv to enjoy the autorecorder feature.
Every single demo shows errors at processing stage.

The support email or any other e-mail provided at the website just does not exist.
Can u guys solve this issue?

We are trying to record Day Of Defeat 1.3 demos.

All demos recorded from free hltv works fine.
