I found the font to the trackersheme of this video

It's really cool and i uploaded my trackersheme to megaupload, if you guys want that font in you CS just download Trackersheme and paste it into your cstrike/resource folder

i have the same font but it's a bit annoying that amx message's and "Counter-Terrorist/Terrorist win" is very small.
