Sure you can play online. All you have to do is to buy a copy from your local market. Also you can do this digitally(using your credit card) via steam.
I'm really confused :)

Betting is online on left in quick menu u have betting if some matches there u can bet some money u see your money on top at betting there u can see your money current bets etc
