Who is hankey?
Most likely a stand-in as Furby appears to have been penalized.
EDiT: According to Wizard's captain Theros Furby, even as said penalized, has also gone inactive and hankey has been picked up to complete the season with the team.

Yes I play and still think that at times Wizards were playing too slow.
