Don't take this wrong now... No offence at all.
But the "good" cs-countries, as Sweden, Poland, Germany, Denmark and so on.

They not taking it 100% seriously, especially not from the start of the match. It's often the "bad" teams goes up to a 6,7,8-0 lead, then the "good" team start to play good after a while.

So maybe 16-10, or something? =)

It's really good to bet at xlbet with those handicaps

Example: Sweden - Latvia (H: 0-10)
1. 1.3
X. 1.5
2. 5.5

That's one example, and it's so worth placing money on Latvia there.
