This is probably how they decided positions.

When teams tie on points, they follow the following rules to split the tie.

1. Head-to-Head
2. Rounds between the teams involved in the tie.
3. Total Rounds for/against for entire group stage.

You can see that 2. was put into place, after 1. was even at 1 map each.

Fx and Kerchnet (Kerchnet has more rounds)
Virtus.pro and ROCCAT (VP has more rounds)
