are you out of your mind? aslak was last year top3 AWPer in the world, winfakt's success last year was pretty much thanks to him (beating NaVi, SK, ESC, Fnatic and so on in LAN games).

And after all that lurppis chose H^N as main awp, I really don't get it.
that was because H^N is the only classic awper in WF....all the others are just very good riflers who awped for their teams because there was no one better...though aslak turned to be a beast with it :)
Well actually the awp is pretty popular in Finland. BASiC, aslak and H^N are all insanely good awpers and even lurppis can handle it pretty good.
Back in the day when lurppis played with Ravage they had a nasty lineup and he was pretty badass with the awp

So many "less known" players in France that are not that bad and that would be so motivated to play a match like this one, and they still manage to pick some guys who don't care about it cause that's their friends...
in a tournament that doesn't matter at all. They take it as it is for them: for fun
If I should play to " represent " in a way, my country, I would do my best... I mean, no matter in which area, playing for his country is a sort of reason to be like a bit proud, I think.. I'm sure none of them took it the same way..

In France, actually we all knew their performances, since we practice them a lot as mix and we are able to easily beat 16-3 against eSahara. What we can do about that? Those "top level" needs to stop pretend to be an elite, they are noobs, thats all... When you watch some lurppis, gtr interview, they are very humble, even though they have the best careers in cs... Frenchs think they are on top, they denigrate underdogs teams or players which are better than them... Here the matter, and I really hope those f*cking "top elite AKA noobs" players will read my comments.

Sure they didn't have the same roster at all, what I've said here is that France have much better players and by far, and we dont give them the opportunity to play with the right persons or organisations. Since all organisations are trusting in "big names" that know the game for sure, but are not anymore the players they were...

they are not so noobs to beat sk,navi and many more top teams on lan.. maybe you beat them 16/03 on inet but haven't archieved 1/4 of what they did.
for amateurs players they play quiet good usually..sure their result is not comparable to teams that are paid for playing and can invest lot of time into the game.

man French people can be soooo dumb when they're disappointed with their teams results... You gotta understand that 1/ cs isn't what it used to be in France anymore 2/ Finland played with a good line up that already had some teamplay 3/ CBNC is a fun tournament so when matches don't go their way some teams tend give up faster 4/ shit happens.
im not dumb, im french, i love cs and i support my country but i already say we have some problems and i hope to fix it the next event.

The main problem is the motivation.. After we have other players but actually i'm not following the fr cs, i hope we will see new players :)
95% of the "great players" are in the french CB lineup except for CosMo and I had my reasons for not taking him in.
The point is the french scene is a total mess and most of the players doesn't have the needed motivation anymore... And it's kind of logical when you see there is no more competition there.
