No, it's actually the opposite. Jump from 1.6 to Source is easier then the oher way around, because the recoil is easy to control, the tapping is somewhat the same, and the aim is the same, just with different graphics & skins etc. Cause if a Source player would switch over to 1.6, he wouldn't be used to the recoil pattern and the way to tap etc. :)

There should be stream. It's not uncommon for matches not to have HLTV, and since this is showmatch for 2 different games, you would need separate HLTV and SourceTV IPs anyway.
