well they aren't very stable on inferno. Sometimes they perform really good, sometimes not so good. Dust2 with delpan they have more various options how to defend and attack than they had with trace. Now they can leave B plant with Delpan and look after A plant and center

By no means there was sarcasm in my reply but an advice to follow the next time in case it helps you to solve your problem. I experienced the same situation than you, in my case a black screen instead of the match broadcast until I pressed the 'refresh' button.

As for the match appearing as 'live' on the web all of them do if the established match start time is reached. If there is additional info presented in the stream it is out of the site's staff hands (even though just like any other spectator I presume you appreciate to know when the match will be broadcast).
