not really the most tactical no, but they probably have the best teamwork. lurppis stated esrael was the most tactical in his CPH preview I believe, because that is how arcadion rolls. although now they rely a little more on individual play with trace on the team and they seem to play a little more random than they used to.
if we're talking about 'best' tactics, I really think we should be looking at some of the asian teams. But it really depends on how you define best. Most succesful tactics are probably something like rush b.
