_se maps don't have fog particles, debris and other map items which the normal version of maps have in CSGO.
_ve is an abbreviation for Volcano edition as he modified the nuke map.
_csgo is just an indication for some maps that have been ported from old cs versions or are custom made

i still don't think hltv.org is responsible for someone else's problems. and i've followed hltv.org for years and they have given _great_ coverage throughout the years and the problems have always (as i recall) been someone else's fault. that's my opinion and i'm basing this event according to the past.
It's not about who's fault it is, but HLTV.org is THE website to check matches, right?
It's "THE" website to check matches if they are available. In this case it wasn't available, at least you got statistics if not the match itself since there was no streaming.
