This "Frags from the past" clip comes from CAL Season XVI, where Scott "evolution" Cavallero won a one-on-five situation against Turmoil on de_inferno.

After seeing all four of his teammates go down while attacking the A bombsite of de_inferno, Cavallero takes out the first two opponents in the site before planting the bomb.

He then moves towards the small pit and quick scopes his third victim. He kills the fourth opponent peeking him as well, before missing a few shots on the defuser, retreating to side of the pit and quick scoping the last opponent.
