Evil Geniuses brings in some old school blood.

After cole decided to retire from the gaming scene, Evil Geniuses has to bring in some fresh meet. The organization decided to bring in a veteran instead of gambling on some new blood and talent.

With no further delay we can announce that EG has brought in elude, the former tactician in TEC player.

Elude states:

I've been out of the game for a while, but something inside of me always wanted to come back and give it another try. I will always regret how TEC just faded away and never really accomplished its goals after I put over 5 years into the team. But that is all behind me now and I look forward to a promising future with Team EG.

Evil Geniuses management states:

With the inactivity of, Austin "cole" Townley, EG was in need of a 5th to complete our roster. We are proud to announce today that the gap has been filled by the addition of Jon "elude" Gilbert. Many of you remember his achievements as a co-founder and key member of TEC several years ago, and we hope you will all give him a warm welcome at his new home, Team EG. Jon’s achievements include an assortment of high tournament placements, most recently 3rd place at the CPL Counter-Strike: Source 2005 event.

Jon is without a doubt a player that has been around the Counter-Strike scene for quite some time, and he will definitely bring old-school experience to the table against players and teams in a new-school era of Counter-Strike. His charisma and knowledge of the game, as well as his thirst for competition, will no doubt be a valuable addition to a squad looking for a talented leader to bring home top finishes in today's toughest tournaments.
