Andreas "schneider" Lindberg has stepped down from dignitas due to problems with communication, the organization announced on their website.
The Swede had been part of the otherwise Danish lineup since early September, and back when he joined he shared his concerns about the team's communication.
dignitas haven't been able to fix the issues, according to Andreas "znajder" Lindberg's statement, and despite qualifying for the major, which is now a week away, he decided to step down from the roster.
The former fnatic member also shared that a death in the family had an impact on the decision as well, as it had understandably removed focus from his play.
As of now a replacement hasn't been announced yet, but with a youngster Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke leaving SK Gaming's roster yesterday, he is one of the most likely candidates.
"It is with both sadness and a bit of happiness of doing the right thing I have to say that I am leaving Team Dignitas, and this is why.
In this month we have had pretty good results, but the communication has not been what it was expected to be at this point. We talked a lot in the beginning of me transitioning into the Danish language but it was just too hard and during rounds sometimes we didn't understand each other at all. That obviously does not work in the long run in a game like CS where it's sometimes about seconds that change the outcome of a game. This led to many mistakes during games, frustration, and a feeling that something is missing in our game. I really enjoyed playing with these guys, and I see their potential, but it is not with ME speaking a mix of Swedish/English that they can become a top 3 team in the world.
Even though everyone probably knows we were playing GOOD, we beat everyone we were supposed to be able to beat right of the bat on a consistent level, there was no way our communication could bring us the the very top. And me as a person I do not like wasting my own time or wasting time of people I cherish and wish the best. I am not in it for the money so I just didn't see the point in possibly stopping my friends from reaching top 8 and securing their success.
I am also very sad because my grandmother died just a few days ago, it obviously removes focus from me and I don't feel like holding this group of talented individuals back. Even though I am not playing in this major I wish them all the best and I know they can reach top 5-8, maybe even further."
Dignitas now are:
They tried that before, it didn't work. He was too toxic.
Try someone new like sanden or k0nfig instead pls.
Also schneider joining nip confirmed.
Please do explain ?
tenzki would be my second choice after acilion. dunno if he is toxic or not, all i know is dude has anxiety issues. and that does not help. especially on lan.

Post edited 2015-10-20 14:58:17
nah dawg im hoping for tenzki, guy at least brings some experience.

I thing he will fail hard if he goes to dignitas. This has gone so fast, and I really can't imagine that he can adapt to the big scene so fast.
However saying that I'm stupid because I don't share your opinion is legit. Good luck man.

nevertheless, he may be a promising player, yet i think itd be a good idea to mold him in a team like SK for a few more months. like i said earlier somewhere: guy was playing amateur leagues alongside HUNDEN just a month or so ago.
edit: see ya later fox

are you stupid?
Post edited 2015-10-20 14:59:47
im saying that schneider is a good player. not terribly good, but the roster had potential and he has experience. if they had wanted to, they coulda made the communication work with a bit of effort. thy just didnt try hard enuff.
He tried but didn't feel to continue probably he got an offer to join g2 after the major
Post edited 2015-10-20 15:14:08
but for 5 educated scandinavians it should be fairly easy to make communication in cs work speaking english. the roster has potential. they could have dealt with language problems. even mouz can make it work.
If english inhibits their ability to be even better than if they're speaking english, it's pretty obvious, isn't it?
I LOVE YOU SNAIIDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER
also he didn't care for monnies so he made the choice (probably lives at home atm or something i can only speculate because u do care for monnies when you have rent to pay and need to eat :D)
Count 1+1 boys.
dig should pick acilion instead of tenzki....
But at least there are better opportunities for mr.schneider !
He is so unlucky with teams :(
Hope you get someday what you really deserve :)
Looking forward to NiP or G2 schneider ;)
k0nfig is decent but not as good as schneider (yet).
But if communication was causing that many issues then maybe another dane would be best and k0nfig is the best free dane atm!
hahahahahahahahaha, he forgot "Kappa".

RIP tenzki, you're a trash player who annoys me.
RIP dignitas, for obvious reasons.

new squad LGB, pls
Swedistan fangays must be mad.
Whos going to replace him?
and i believe tenzki is replacing him in dignitas :>
danish and swedish are kinda far from eachother.. but norwegians understands both parts..
although for norwegians atleast, the swedish speaking language is easier to understand than the danish one, but it is the other way around when it comes to the written language.
A week before the major, if you want to quit the team do it after, you had chances to win some cash there.
jk, called this the second he joined, as did 95% of us.
Maybe NIP takes him. I think he didnt go playing in international mixes, as G2.kinguin or same American organization, because with this(communication) problem he left from dignitas
Seriously, this guy is a beast!
Very well worded, so good luck to him
dig will become so much better
so RiP fnatic RiP envy
EASY for VP and TSM cuz they use different coder

Hope he gets a large cut of the sticker money, at least
They struggle so much to reach top 10.
