The last match in the qualification to ClanBase NationsCup XII was played on Sunday, seeing Bosnia and Herzegovina defeating Portugal 2:0. Due to a flashbug, a third map will now be needed to determine the winner.
Bosnia and Herzegovina won the match against Portugal, where overtime was needed to determine the winner on inferno. Due to Bosnia and Herzegovina had used a bugflash, two rounds was withdrawn and given to Portugal, meaning inferno was won 19:17 by Portugal.
ClanBase rules states:
"Any sort of map bug exploiting is strictly forbidden and will result in +-2 rounds (2 rounds withdrawn from the abusing team and given to the abused team).
Abusing flashbang and/or HE grenade bugs is not allowed and it will always result in punishment."
Portugal and Bosnia and Herzegovina will now play a third and all deciding map to determine, which of the two, will advance to the ClanBase NationsCup XII group stage.
The winner will drop into group D, with Russia, Denmark, Ukraine, Switzerland and Slovakia. The match is to be played very soon, possibly Tuesday.
Admins should really take a look at this thread...
Portugal lost, and will probably lose again. BiH just plays better than Portugal, that's a fact. :(
But rules are rules and if some of you guys don't like rules simply don't play professional CS. That's a fact aswell. :)
Now if SK or mTw reported this same bug I wonder how many of you would still be here complaining (or whining o.o) about the rules. Probably no one.
So let's just enjoy those portuguese so called superstars losing again and pray so that portuguese CS take a huge refresh in the next year and they get back in better shape. :)

Even if Laquila used FB (Which I didn't notice) it doesn't change anything,Portugal won that round anyway. So yeah,if Laquila's FB really did help Bosnia it would be ok to withdraw 2 rounds but it didn't change a thing,Portugal won the round !

And for those who say it was unfair because PT players had bigger ping...you obviously don't know what are you talking 'bout.They have found a really good DE server which PT declined so they played on FR server,YES IT WAS PT who choosed the server they played on.
Also you mention bad connections in PT,well I think Portugal is more advanced country than BiH and that you guys downthere have way better connections.

its a question of follow the rules... they use a FB they lost 2 round... ok PT loses because of many thing and 1 of then is because BH played better!!! many times its a game like this a locky move define the winner.

Bosnia didn't follow a rule, so they should be punished. CB did the right thing, like they did last year to Portugal.
