Team Alternate have confirmed the signing of Bastian "b4d" Gaffron from n!faculty.
The German giants had been linked with roster changes since the EPS season came to an end, with reports in Germany indicating veteran Jan "mooN" Stolle to be close to retirement.
Bastian "b4d" Gaffron, who had been with n!faculty since October 2007, has now been confirmed as Alternate's new fifth player, replacing Benjamin "paN" von Mulert, who is expected to move in the opposite direction after being confirmed as a stand-in for the Extreme Masters European Finals.

This is the second roster changes Alternate undergo ahead of the new season, following the addition of Direnc "seraph" Öz, who will replace Roman "roman" Ausserdorfer.
