cbteam spawns again

The Norwegian team named cbteam has been re-created, with three of its original members.
cbteam was created in mid-February 2008, seeing the mixture of former MYM and Team Convention members. For World Cyber Games 2008, the team housed the former eoLithic-star Ola "elemeNt" Moum. At World Cyber Games 2008, where the team managed a fourth place finish.
Not much spirit was left in the team several weeks after their return from Cologne and the team was torn apart.
On this day, the team has been re-created, with three of its founding members; Sondre "REAL" Svanevik, Tommy "syrtekz" Skoglund and Preben "prb" Gammelsæter. Tommy "tacky" Mosgaard and Karl-William "kalle" Haraldsen follows Gammelsæter from Oslo Lions to cbteam.
cbteam consist of following:

While it started just as a rumor, Haraldsen confirmed to Catch-Gamer.no that these five players will united to re-create cbteam.
"We left Lions because of some disagreements. We decided to add REAL and syrtekz to our team, because they are good and experienced players. We felt the old lineup didn't work as well as we'd hope. We're going to attend TG10 first, then we will continue playing hard and attend as much as possible after that. We will be playing as cbteam, unless something else opens up!" - Karl-William "kalle" Haraldsen told HLTV.org
A rumor floating right now is that the team might be connected with the UK-based organization 4Kings.

they actually where better with Jungelbobbo instead of Naikon :) They we're top3 in the world at that point. Everything just went down the drain with Naikon :P

sad KF3 made that embarrassing and uncalled for statement vs WMF...he was a great player...that pretty much ended his career...

I like Vertigo and his playing style, he's a good player indeed. But on a ranking list prb would've been placed above Vertigo.

achievements wise definitely...prb over vertigo..but in any recent events worth of note..two norwegians stand out..kalle and vertigo.
I am not too sure about motivation..especially for REAL, prb, ....etc these guys have been playing like forever..and their teams fold up so fast...its not even funny...
Though honestly...I am glad to see REAL back :)

Oslo Lions haven't really shown themselves in "latest events". They did not attend IOL as planned, and DreamHack sucked for their part.
prb is back and his motivation is on top; he's missed playing on a higher level. You should've seen him play versus Romania - he's clearly back for good if you ask me. :)
REAL is a great player. I only hope he keeps his spirit and motivation up. He is going to lead Norways ENC-team along with Norways NationsCup manager XpreZ|aNdEEh.

your deffinatly right about dreamhack if you look at their placement, but their games against mym and h2k, they played amasing imo. who knows, if zen had made thoose 2 kills on cw in that last round, maybe we would have seen lions winning that match.

Back a few years Seven did good, they were even talking with an organisation. At least this was what Vargur told me. They paid their own trip to Gamegune but disappointed.
Last NationsCup match didn't go so well either. There's really not much positive from the Icelandic CS scene at the moment.
