CnB Gaming have announced that Juliano "Batistuta" Correa has parted company with the Brazilian top team.
The decision comes as a major shock to CnB Gaming's hopes of leapfrogging FireGamers at the top just two days prior to the ESWC pre-qualifier in the state of Sao Paulo.
Correa, who had been with CnB Gaming for some time, handed in a request to leave the team as their intensive training schedule was interfering with his personal life.
"This afternoon my brother fury and I were at the FIFA ESWC qualifier, and our manager Ferrer called indignant saying that Batitusta was asking to leave the team," CnB Gaming chief Cleber "fuzi" Fonseca told Teamplay.com.br.
"We were all surprised, because the team had been respecting the training program just like the organisation had been doing its part.
"We were really upset with this attitude, because we did not expect such news this close to a tournament as important as the ESWC, specially with all the training that had been made."
It is unknown whether Correa, who has been linked with a move to Made in Brazil in the past, will play in a new team or hang up his mouse.
Meanwhile, CnB Gaming have added Gustavo “mkr” Mekaru from Team AUTHORITY to their roster, making it a five-man line-up that looks as follows:
Olavo "chucky" Napoleão
Guilherme "spacca" Spacca
Thiago "btt" Monteiro
Arthur "prd" Resende
Gustavo "mkr" Mekaru
