According to zotob.org, TyLoo.raw have confirmed they will miss out on the ESWC world finals.
HLTV.org had reported that the Chinese team's involvement in the showcase event had been cast into doubt after the local ESWC organiser, Beijing Ruidashuachuan Inc, decided against covering their expenses to France.
TyLoo.raw have now released a statement in which they confirm they will not be present at the ESWC finals as they are unable to bear the licensing and travelling costs all by themselves.
The Chinese government does not consider Counter-Strike to be an esports title, which has led to Beijing Ruidashuachuan Inc dropping its support of the winning team.
China will be represented at the ESWC world finals in FIFA, Warcraft III and DOTA, all three regarded as esports titles by the country's governing body.
