Play Dreamteam on Arbalet Dallas

Event: Arbalet Cup Dallas 2010

HLTV.org is proud to announce that we will enable our highly successful Dreamteam game for the upcoming Arbalet Cup Dallas.

Arbalet Cup Dallas will kick off tomorrow, 16th of July, with a total of 29 teams battling it out for their share of the $80,000 prize purse.

As always, you will have the chance to create your own team and assign specific roles to your players, which will reflect on the valuation of your men after each match. If you wish to compare your team with your friends', all you have to do is create a private league.

We will do our best to update Dreamteam as many times as possible throughout the event, to allow you users to, for example, discard players from teams that could not reach the playoffs. However, it will all depend on how fast we can get server logs. The market will open after all matches of the day are over and analyzed.

Competing with Dreamteam is always fun, but it gets better when there are prizes at stake, and we have put these goodies up for grabs, together with SteelSeries.

The start value is based on what little stats we have on the players, for some this means they are way over or undervalued, but there isn't much we can do about it..

Can I just ask why NoLimit is so low? He's been in ESEA-Invite and lan playoffs before with Team 34 and eMg, so why is he less money than a lot of the other unknown American players?

I didn't pick him up, but if anyone is wondering whether he is worth it he'd be a steal at anything under 85,000.

Bad team imo, there is little chance to earn much money without taking a very cheap player like nolimit and taking 5 a little bit more expensive players instead.

mTw has the easier group stag, with 4 teams in their group meaning maximum profit from probably having the most kills and rounds one. But is having Markeloff worth it since he will only be playing 2 other teams thus less matches won, round won, and kills?

Why would you stack Ukraine? You know that the group stage they are only playing 2 teams? You should have chosen the best from the European teams that were in groups with 4 teams since more rounds, frags, and matches are played thus producing better.

For the people asking about players like nolimit or bzrk, player valuation seems completely stat based, not based on Mirra or someone just saying "ehh, he's only worth 69k."

Meaning, nolimit played in an event or tournament that HLTV.org farmed stats from, and nolimit had a horrible event. His stats were so bad for that event that his valuation dropped massively. Expect a lot of those 80k american players to be extremely cheap when Dreamteam is updated.
