H2k replace pronax with threat

According to rakaka.se, H2k Gaming have given Markus "pronax" Wallsten marching orders after disappointing results.

H2k have made several headlines the past months, notably winning the fnatic PLAY finals, a second-place finish at DreamHack Summer and checking out of Arbalet Cup Dallas as number four. 

Reports in Sweden however indicate that things have not been going too well in the H2k lair, and that Markus "pronax" Wallsten has been removed from his position as in-game leader and the team.

Wallsten had been a part of the team since H2k raided Begrip in late February, when Abdisamad "SpawN" Mohamed initially became their coach. 

Supposedly, faulty tactics have been to blame. The team's appearance, and flop, at the World Cyber Games qualifier in Helsinki may have been the deciding factor. The Swedes were far from stating an impressive show, losing to both SK Gaming and Lions.

To suffice for the loss of their in-game leader, H2k have called upon former fnatic member Björn "threat" Pers, putting him in the tactician seat, hoping to raise the team's level. This also reunites Pers with his old Lemondogs teammates, Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson, Niklas "niko" Johansson and Frej "kHRYSTAL" Sjöström.


Pers now don the colors of H2k Gaming

It's not about aim. It's about the ability to stay cool and make correct decisions during stress. Threat playing good on aim_map counts for nothing when compared to war imo.

Edit: One year ago bro. Since then he was nowhere, always lowfragging in fnatic, played bad as the whole h2k squad back this year. H2k is just a team that is always pushing their own limits. They don't trust their player, I mean fnatic, NaVi and all the bigger teams didn't get big just over night, they are and were together for a long time, they have their chemistry, the Ukrainians are like brothers, and H2k will never have that. Big loss for H2k, they are bound to fail

He was a a fragger in fnatic and he bottomfragged. He's going to call in h2k, two completely diferent roles. And threat was always a good caller. Wait and see how they play, then judge, ffs.

First of all, it's almost a year since he has been calling last time, and when he did, he failed. Secondly, he was supposed to be a fragger for fnatic, and he failed at that as well. Thirdly, pronax is a up and coming potential, who has both great strat calling skill, and aim, and might be the next carn, a goal at which threat also failed. People may love him from the Lemondogs as much as they want, but the truth is, he isn't the same player as back then. And I don't have to wait and judge, I know this is an awful move, and that H2k will change another player in a matter of months

agreed. I don't think pronax was kicked because he played badly, but yes because they wanted threat as he was a fnatic's choice in the past. I don't know if this's gonna work or not, because threat also plays nicely, but honestly the team was starting to perform very well. I don't believe changing it will help in any way right now.

I think thats a bad move by H2k. I mean, yes, H2k had problems with IGL decisions, but bring in threat won't fix anything, the old H2k with threat had the same problem.

H2k has great players, Xizt is amazing, but I didn't say they had a performance problem, I mean they had a leadership problem, and they will still have it, just like the old H2k with threat had, is not a players fault, its a IGL fault.

threat was the old H2k's IGL right? at least thats what I believe, and some people said that fnatic bought him to replace cArn in the future, so...

If H2k had problems with their tactical play, the old H2k weren't able to win any matches against one of the poor SK Gaming lineup performances, having great players like face, so, where was the problem?

That's my opinion, they replaced a decent IGL with another one, then the problem is not solved.

They need a great IGL to make the difference, if not, their future its been the friendly team which win some matches but never win any tournament, and their players will be bought by the swedish giants fnatic or SK.
