Rambo returns in WinOut

Two-time CPL and WCG winner Ron "Rambo" Kim has announced his new project in the form of the new WinOut team.

The former X3 and Team 3D star has been in and out of action since being ommited from the compLexity roster which migrated to Evil Geniuses in mid-2008.

Kim will be joined by Ric "iNERTiA" Bundy and David "zid" Chin, both of whom he played alongside at Arbalet Cup Dallas last month with Underestimated.

Former MoB and Pandemic talent Hoang "s0nNy" Tran and ex-United5 Cyrus "org" Habibi make up the rest of what looks to be a very experienced and promising roster.

"With the comeback of some gifted players and professional support, it'll be fun leading this team with vast amounts of potential. The sky is the limit," Kim told WinOut's website.

WinOut will have their official debut at the American WCG qualifier at the Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles from September 10-12, where they will present:

I think you are starting to get lazy. Those frags were terrible. You made that lineup look like shit, when in reality they have all made crazy frags.

It's not really a return. UE switched two players and WinOut picked them up.



WinOut has been around for a while in the US, but it has not caught on like I think they wanted it to. It seems that they do have a loyal following, but I honestly have visited the site 2 times in the last year. I don't know if they get that much, but its cool to see them working with players again, and if they can send them to events, awesome.

Either very bad or very good. Sonny and org haven't been playing at a very high calibre recently and I cannot determine their true skill.

But zid, inertia, and rambo still haven't gotten back to being as good as they were in their heyday.

Amazing lineup. Seeing Rambo, zid, s0nNy and org in the same lineup in this day and age is truly spectacular. iNERTiA is a up and coming player too and I think this really looks like something good.

Hopefully this can turn into something really nice.

yes he played CS:S but returned to 1.6 for esea season 6 with underestimated: rambo, zid, inertia, mason, and spyro. Now they dropped mason and spyro picked up org and sonny and are winout now instead of underestimated :]
