The MSI BEAT IT organisation has confirmed that Natus Vincere will not attend the forthcoming event.
HLTV.org had reported earlier today that the Ukrainian side was studying the possibility of not attending the event as their players wished for some time off to rest from all the events in which they have competed this season.
"Due to players’ personal issues, Navi (CS 1.6) and TED (WC3) will not be able to attend the “Beat it” Bei Jing tournaments," read a statement issued by the tournament organisation.
Na´Vi will be replaced by Taiwanese side UMX-Gaming, a familiar face in tournaments in Asia, who finished in second place at the IEM 4 Asian Continental Finals.
The 2010 ESWC champion's next event will be the WCG finals in Los Angeles from September 30 to October 3.
The MSI BEAT IT event, which will run from September 4-6, will thus feature the following 12 teams:
they won so many events this year and probably could of won this event..maybe they're sick of traveling and want to stay home and re-energize, they've earned the right to do whatever they want imo..would've love to see them play though
Ranking by strength is
1.FNATIC
2.TyLoo
3.WEMADEFOX
4.EG
5.LIONS/COL
6.UMX/IMM
