Full-Gaming have told HLTV.org they will not be in attendance at the IEM5 European Championship Finals.
The Danish side had qualified for the tournament after beating forZe 2-0 in the Relegation Stage last month.
"We sent an e-mail to [ESL admin] crtmn today and told him that we not are attending," Michael "Friis" Jørgensen told HLTV.org.
"We do not have a full team, and there is no reason to attend an event like that as mix."
Full Gaming made news in November when they brought in three players, making it a six-man roster which looked capable of challenging mTw and Copenhagen Wolves for the top spot in Denmark.
However, the organisation's financial problems have ruled out the trip to Kiev and caused unrest in the team.
"Full Gaming are not able to provide financial support anymore due to some tax issues in Denmark, we do not have an organisation anymore," Morten "suraNga" Jensen added.
"Furthermore, wazorN has decided to stop playing."
The former p00nhandlers team have now been reduced to just four players, with Jensen stating they are currently looking for an organisation to represent.
This decision leaves the ESL with one spot to fill less than two weeks before the start of IEM5 European Championship Finals.
HLTV.org understands that the tournament organisation has not yet decided whether to call in a replacement or organise a cup to decide who will go in Full-Gaming's place.
The ex-Full Gaming team currently have:
Rasmus "FaagaN" Thomsen
Michael "Friis" Jørgensen
Morten "suraNga" Jensen
Christian "turkizh" Bindslev
