x6tence undergo lineup changes

Today marks an end of an era as three of Spainsh best talents have decided to hang up their mice for good.

The Spanish powerhouse x6tence broke news today on their website that Jonathan "MusambaN1" Torrent, Adrián "sioK" Rodríguez and Aitor "milicua" Fernández have all decided to end their Counter-Strike careers.

The article cites motivation and wanting to move on with their lives as reasons for this move. These players took home a combined total of 56 event victories for x6tence during their illustrious careers with the Spanish organization.

x6tence however will still live on, bringing back Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas who will work with x6tence to build a new team.

"x6tence.ESET team announced that Counter-Strike 1.6 will not be closed. Despite such heavy casualties, we are working on the new team that will inform you shortly. Yes we can say that it will be captained by FlipiN who returns to activity." Teamx6tence.com


Only time will tell until FlipiN's teammates are known

It is unknown if the new team will feature Jose "YuRk0" Antón Aspas and David "Kairi" de Miguel who were not mentioned in the article. HLTV.org will continue to monitor the situation and report once the new x6tence is known.

i wouldnt say so. it will be on the same level as before, at least if they can get xhiroz back. there's actually some talent in spain who, with some international experience, can be just as good as musamban and siok.

Ignorant. And its not an insult, if you just wanted them retired earlier because the e-Stars event, you know nothing about CS.

Maybe x6tence wasn't as good as they were in 2005/2006, but MusambaN1 was a legend and milicua was part of the greatest x6tence of 2005/2006. I think they deserve more respect.

I wasn't playing dust1 or aztec in 2005, maybe you did in your country, but not mine.

I always respected an old school when the time to retire comes to him. The last one was dsn (I didn't say anything in pan's notice), his gamestyle doesn't like to me, but I can't deny what dsn did for gaming and CS overall.

Maybe MusambaN1 wasn't as good as before, I said this before, but he lead an entire country for over 10 years, was considered one of the best players in his best moments, if you can't show your respect after seeing this, maybe you should definetely learn some about respect, as you seem to have anything of it.

You're blaming a team just for 'the votation they cheated'. Maybe wasn't fair for other teams, but this was a community 'project', I didn't see MusambaN1 posting anywhere or asking me for voting them.
