h4cker & kucher join Virtus, DTS dead

Following Taras "craft1k" Voitenko's retirement and a poor finish at IEM6 Kiev, DTS has disbanded while Roman "h4cker" Abramov and Emil "kucher" Akhundov join Virtus.pro.

The move comes just days before Techlabs cup is set to begin where DTS was placed in group C along with ALTERNATE, SK Gaming and WinFakt. Virtus.pro will be replacing DTS in the event.

DTS most recently placed 7-8th at IEM6 Global Challenge Kiev after losing all three of their matches in group A with SK Gaming, Natus Vincere and Lions. They were also invited to attend the IEM6 World Championships as a backup team, but declined.

Emil "kucher" Akhundov
Egor "pops" Zinoview
 Alexey "xaoc" Kucherov

Virtus.pro's last event was World Cyber Games 2011 where they finished 9-16th after a round of sixteen loss against DTS which still featured Voitenko at the time.

The team's future has been in question ever since Bogdanov was announced as a stand-in for DTS last month, but with the pickups of Abramov and Akhundov, they have a roster of five again.

As far as I know, that would be correct coming from the mother, or the couple's point of view, not from the man's mouth. Maybe I did get it wrong but not sure if FAIL is the word? NaVi may feel its necessary for a change now that the rest of the world is upgrading there rosters. Maybe not, but maybe so. craft1k and ANGE1 are the 2 best players outside of NaVi imo and are easily good enough to play with them.

kucher and z1 are awesome aswell, and some other kerchnetters have potential. but I doubt navi will make moves immediately, they will see how their roster works against the new teams. I think ESC and SK will win more titles than navi next 5 months though, and this might spark an attempt to upgrade the roster

Well, considering last Nations Cup matches old hoochR is back on track and started to play good again. I agree that in the last matches for Virtus.pro he was not playing good at all, but I hope that situation improved and all is going to be ok now. And about kucheR choise, dude there is no any better team in SNG for him atm.

ANGE1 is a caller atleast of what I have heard. He is an insane player aswell. Zeus has become a father and is no longer their strat caller, he might want to raise his child. I don't know, atleast it would be the ideal move in my theory. :p
