At number 7 of our list we have the most lethal AWPer of the past two years and one of the most consistent players in 2011, Michael "Friis" Jørgensen. He spent the first part of the year playing for TCM-Gaming, and in September joined fnatic and helped them win IEM6 GC Guangzhou, and more notably, DreamHack Winter where he was named the MVP of the tournament.

Michael "Friis" Jørgensen has for a long time been regarded as one of Denmark's best AWPers, but until recently he didn't manage to make a breakthrough on the big scene. He accumulated a lot of international experience with many different lineups, starting from 2009 when he attended EMIII Europe and Global Finals and continuing with many major events throughout 2009 and 2010.
At the beginning of 2010 he finally got his first notable achievement, a 3rd place finish at IEM4 European Championship Finals with Ravens. Later that year he was a part of the team that finally managed to defeat mTw in the Danish WCG qualifier, and after that won DSRack #3 over fnatic.
Overall, Jørgensen's 2010 performance was quite satisfying, and although it didn't grant him a spot in our Top 20 of 2010, he was the most lethal AWPer at major tournaments that year with amazing 0.38 AWP kills per round.

Near the end of 2010 Full-Gaming disbanded, so in January of 2011 Jørgensen joined up with his former Ravens teammates to become a part of TCM-Gaming. Their first tournament was IEM5 European Championship Finals, exactly a year after they made a name for themselves in the previous edition of the event. However, they weren't as successful as then, finishing their participation after group stage with 2 wins and 3 losses.
Despite that, Jørgensen had an excellent performance as the team's best player (1.17 rating), shining in their two victories over forZe and Alternate. His AWP was particularly impressive, as he recorded 0.42 awp kills per round, and in the end he received an All-Star nomination for his efforts.

Although they didn't make it to playoffs in Kiev, they qualified for the IEM5 World Championship that took place in Hannover, Germany at the beginning of March. This time they managed to record only one victory, over Brazilians compLexity, and lost the remaining four matches. Jørgensen was once again the best player in his team and the only one who had an above average rating with 1.05.

Their next test was in April at Xperia PLAY, where they finally succeeded in passing the group stage, but eventual champions Frag eXecutors stood in their way in the quarter-final. Jørgensen ended up as the 3rd best rated player of the event with a 1.37 rating and was by far the best AWPer (0.41 awpKPR) and entry killer of the tournament.
At the same venue, TCM-Gaming played the final of Danish Championship, but they lost to face! in an excruciatingly long match and three close maps. Jørgensen still put up a great fight, especially in the second map when he had his year-high 50 kills in a 25-22 victory on de_nuke. Also, he finished as overall best rated player of the event, including the online stage, with a 1.31 rating.
In mid-May TCM-Gaming took part in fnatic PLAY #2 online tournament, which they finished in 2nd place behind fnatic. Jørgensen had another excellent performance as team's best rated (1.27) and was even named the Most Valuable Player (although fnatic players weren't eligible for the prize).

Shortly after, the team attended DreamHack Summer, although with a stand-in Morten "suraNga" Jensen instead of Nicolaj "Nuggi" Larsen. They successfully fought through the BYOC qualifier, but after that only managed to get 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses in their five group stage matches, which once again meant they wouldn't make it to playoffs.
Despite the team's mediocre campaign, Jørgensen was amazing in those five matches, having a rating above 1.00 in each of them and actually having the highest rating of the event (1.33). He also had his year-highest 0.43 awpKPR on this occasion and earned another All-Star nomination.
The next major event in line was GameGune, but TCM-Gaming didn't attend it because, as it would later turn out, their trip was cancelled by the organization less than 2 weeks before the event. During August, the team qualified for IEM6 GC Guangzhou, but TCM-Gaming wouldn't support their trip to China either so the Danes decided to part ways with the UK-based organization.
Only a few days after that, it was announced that Jørgensen joined the best Danish team, mTw, as a replacement for retired Alexander "ave" Holdt. However, their cooperation wouldn't last long, as two weeks later he signed for fnatic where he would replace retired Harley "dsn" Örwall.

His first event with the team was IEM6 GC Guangzhou, where in their first match, fnatic lost to Jørgensen's former team who now played under the name Anexis. They still made it to the playoffs, where they overcame WinFakt and then mousesports in the final, which resulted in Jørgensen's first title of the year and fnatic's first since January.
The Danish AWPer surprisingly didn't excel in his main task, having "only" 0.19 awp kills per round, still being 3rd best at the event. But otherwise, he was fnatic's 2nd best rated player with a very good 1.21 rating, which resulted in getting an MVP nomination and later being selected for the All-Star lineup.

With that title under their belt, fnatic went to France and ESWC with high expectations. Unfortunately for them, they lost an important stage clash against Alternate and later drew with mousesports, which resulted in an early exit from the tournament. Jørgensen wasn't to be blamed much, as he put up the most fight in their only loss, and did well in the other matches too, for a 1.13 rating overall.
They got right back on their feet a month later with a second place finish at MSI BEAT IT Russia. Even though they lost to Moscow Five in the final, it was overall a successful campaign, especially due to defeating Natus Vincere in the semi-final. Jørgensen was the 3rd best rated in the team (1.15), while his AWP was on fire having a 0.37 awpKPR.

The last opportunity for fnatic to show themselves in 2011 was DreamHack Winter and they made the best out of it. After defeating Jørgensen's former team Anexis in the quarter-final, they bested mouseports in a tough semi-final and then beat Lions on the big stage.
During the campaign that brought him the biggest title of his career so far, Jørgensen provided his best display yet, earning the MVP award as the team's main star. He recorded event's 4th best rating (1.20), while particularly shining in two tough matches, 16-10 group stage win over Natus Vincere (27:15 score, 1.61 rating) and the last map of the final against Lions (37:19 score, 1.81 rating). Also, he was in his usual form with the AWP, recording an amazing 118 kills with it (0.37 per round), with a particularly pleasing performance in the last map against Lions when he had 22 kills with it.

The most lethal AWPer of the year
In the first part of the year, Michael "Friis" Jørgensen didn't achieve much success with his team TCM-Gaming. Despite that, he was a one-man army, performing exquisite at almost every event he attended, and always being the team's best.
In September he joined fnatic and in the four tournaments since then, they won 2 titles and had one second place finish, demonstrating how much bringing him in meant for them.
His most valuable individual achievement is the MVP award from DreamHack Winter, while he was also selected in the All-Star lineup at the other tournament fnatic won, IEM6 GC Guangzhou. In addition to that, he has three All-Star lineup nominations from the time in TCM-Gaming, when he played excellent at IEM5 European Finals, Xperia PLAY and DreamHack Summer.
For the second year in a row, Jørgensen was the most lethal AWPer, recording 0.35 AWP kills per round (0.38 in 2010), while having 3rd most kills with it (417) despite playing only 49 maps in major tournaments. Furthermore, he was the 2nd most consistent player, the 7th best entry killer and the one who was hardest to kill (0.57 deaths per round), which is particularly significant for a player in his role.
In addition to those impressive statistics, he had the 4th best rating (1.22), and that coupled with the fact his MVP award came from a title-winning campaign, makes him an appropriate choice for the 7th spot in our top 20.

Although I wouldn't agree that it is "my opinion", but I was the one who weighed the factors, in the most objective way I could.
But a few others at HLTV.org do know the list of course, it's just not publicly known.
Not that i have nothing against your top20, i think the last year´s was very fair.
