pasha wins IEM6 WC MVP award

The MVP voting over at IntelExtremeMasters.com has finished as ESC won IEM6 World championship, and Jarosław "pasha" Jarząbkowski from the Polish team has won the award.

The voting started yesterday with a total of eight players nominated for the MVP award, featuring four different nationalities from five different teams. Although fellow IEM world champion Filip "Neo" Kubski was nominated as well, in the end it was Jarząbkowski, who won the award.

Together with a product package including a BenQ 2420T monitor, an Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition processor and a Razer bundle, the winner also walks away with a unique MVP hoodie as seen in the global challenges earlier this season.


MVP of the IEM6 World Championship 

The fans are likely to remember Jarząbkowski's semi-finals performance against SK which saw him voted man of the match by over 70% of the votes while achieving the highest rating in the match.

Overall he finished the event with 241 frags and 199 deaths for a +/- ratio of +42 to go with an KPR of 0.76 and rating of 1.15. ESC's comeback to win on de_mirage in the grand finals also started from his one-on-two situation clutch in the B bombsite.

Well deserved, such a great player. He was so consistent through out the whole tournament and damn was it beautiful to see him evolving to such a great player. I remember when everyone was hating on him the first year he joined, everyone was like: "-pasha + LUq", hope they can shut up now :-)

I think people have been shuting up for a long time already pasha has been proving himself for the last couple of tournaments but yeah this one was really THE tournament for him, and what a tournament!

when psh join to esc his skill was better than luq i think but luq experience > psh psh need only play couple big turnaments to take how fight with pressure on souch a big games and how to play and fight with nervous on big 1vsX cluth situations

navi should have wonned that 1vs2 situation, how on earth does 1 player go for the kill and the other doesnt? he wouldnt and couldnt have killed both players at the same time. navi lacked comunication in that round, the match would have gone 14-13 for them with esc @ eco. pooooor play by navi, more precisely ceh9, anyway, great tournament pasha and great tournament ESC, totally deserved..
