2012-05-01 13:28:56
I have some bad lags at nights, PLEASE HLTV IPS
2012-05-01 15:19:10
i guess nowadays many people uses stream instead of hltv in tournaments because of sponsors or something...

Stream is kinda "the future" of CS1.6 to keep sponsors & organisations investing to this game.
2012-05-01 17:21:31
u don't say?
2012-05-01 18:10:31
Its a point but LoL and SC2 have way too many viewers than our game.
Not just because they have more players but because people bitch for HLTV instead of being productive, spam ideas to make streams better and fload them hard so they see CS is alive.
2012-05-01 18:26:23
Spamming ideas are gonna make the bad connections (like mine, Reunion Island...) better indeed...

If we whine about streams, it's not because we don't like it, I really think Rahim's stream is better than HLTV, but, tonight, I CAN'T watch the stream because my connexion is bad but I could have watched the HLTV...

But because we don't have the choice, if we can't watch the streams, we don't see the match.
2012-05-01 19:29:53
good luck to all teams

I prefer watching Rahim alone, if he streams with pro-players (for example cArn) he is asking about his career and stuff all the time :<

Nice!!! Hoped for Rahim to stream but when I read fnaticTV I was like "omg some random guy.. wont watch..". But now everything is awesome and SIIICK!<3
2012-05-01 14:02:17
Rahim FTW! fuck yeaaah
2012-05-01 14:09:16
go rahim and dsn
2012-05-01 14:13:41
Oh god not Rahim, would prefer a streamer with insight in what's going on instead of just making noises. And yes I saw that dsn is with him, but he's gonna talk for like 2 seconds every round.
2012-05-01 14:29:23
The stream is to entertain and highlight the action, not for insight.

If you want insight it will end up like heaton and walle stream for copenhagen.
2012-05-01 14:33:01
then how can we get insight for the games of tonight?

that argument isn't quite valid in my opinion
2012-05-01 14:39:46
I loved the copenhagen stream, they comment on the actual game instead of just posting overused pictures and screaming when something happens.
2012-05-01 14:40:40
heaton and walle didnt give any insight... they absolutely failed.

wenn carn streamed together with rahim carn provided much much more tactical stuff than heaton walle.
you could learn much more about the ingame stuff.. im sure dsn will be just as good in combination with rahim.

2012-05-01 14:41:41
I agree, im just saying there needs to be a atmosphere of fun for the stream to be enjoyable.

What rahim and carn did was great, carn gave insight and rahim just made the atmosphere very informal.

Hopefully dsn is as well spoken as carn, that would be a great stream if he is.
2012-05-01 17:31:40
Not many people if any CS player at all was as well spoken as carn, he was definitely a great personality in the scene. He did so many interviews for HLTV.org for the sheer fact that not only is his English excellent but he is very formal and a great speaker in general. Hope to see him casting so much more. :)
2012-05-01 19:42:26
+1, dsn was quite good too actually.

Dsn really did bring a certain amount of credibility to that stream where rahim was screaming his head off.
2012-05-02 00:42:49
I fully support this point of veiw!

And I am fully rejecting Rajesh or whatever his name is...
2012-05-01 17:58:21
Go fucking watch this guys, for CS. Streamnumbers are pretty important yo, we did amazing in Kiev, let's do amazing here :D

2012-05-01 19:17:04
Why you use own3d.tv ? this stream is really sux... twitch.tv is more better if we must be sentenced him
2012-05-01 19:53:38
Fnatic hires rahim for their tourneys casting? And some people wonder why e-sports never develops into something bigger in Europe.... Guess Joe wasn't available or tied to ESL obligations? Still coulda found swedish casters who act professional at least :l
2012-05-01 20:23:08
yeah riiiiiiiiiiiiiight......we at greatfrag are killin eSports..
2012-05-01 20:49:09
ofcourse not, you guys are providing a nice service for young viewers around the world, Id just figure a professional org starting of their newest initiative would want to do it as professional as possible, and lets be honest, rahim just does this to have fun :P but when I come to think of it, Joe is perhaps out of reach when it comes to budget or contractual obligations, and most swedes have trouble speaking english fluently, so rahim may have been their best option. sorry if I come across as harsh, rahim doesnt deserve that, but it's just not my cup of tea, and I guarantee getting sponsors for a tourney will not be easier when you have Rahims casting :P

2012-05-01 21:56:46
