Lemondogs to join WinFakt - Report

It seems WinFakt are on the verge of announcing Lemondogs as their new Counter-Strike 1.6 team after dropping their Finnish team earlier this week.

Lemondogs had been without major sponsors after being dropped by Lions roughly two months ago. Since then they have managed a 4th place finish at Copenhagen Games, taking down fellow Swedes SK Gaming in the loser bracket.


Lemondogs to become WinFakt's CS team soon? 

WinFakt has posted two Facebook updates on their page, one being a happy birthday wish to Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson and a second one promising big news to be coming up soon.

Meanwhile, Jim "zneel" Andersson of the Lemondogs team has posted an update on his Facebook page, stating news are coming soon from his side as well.

Lemondogs:

Björn "threat" Pers 
Jim "zneel" Andersson
Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson
Frej "kHRYSTAL" Sjöström
 Niklas "niko" Johansson

While these are simply rumours for now, it does seem very likely that the Swedish team led by Björn "threat" Pers will be linked with the Belgium based organization in the coming days.

I've never really been much into Lemondogs, but, at least now, I don't regard them much as an organization. Was probably different before, like you said, though.

ex-WinFakt players are talented, but it seems they cannot decide on a line-up. It seems there is always someone "has to work" and "is staying in the USA, for the moment".

On the other hand, "Lemondogs" have been playing for ages together, scoring nice results and sponsors like that stability!

WinFakt just isn't stable as a team or I should say ex-WinFakt. They've got to much going on in their lives right now. Ex-Lions on the other hand; they may have jobs etc... But they're incredibly stable as a team.

The good thing here, is that threats team is stable one.

Winfakt as a organization sent their past team on almost any event they wanted, so it will be a great time for the new ones. They will be able to play and train almost all tournaments in the following time :D

Because afaik Lemondogs don't have many sponsors so I think they have been a temporary organization to this team so they could have the minimum conditions to participate in the current events.
