GameGune announces first teams

Game: Counter-Strike 1.6

GameGune, the annual event held in Northern Spain has announced the first eight teams attending this years event at the end of July.

The tournament will feature a total of sixteen teams starting off with four groups of four teams each with top three advancing. Eight teams will be placed in a double elimination best-of-three bracket's first round while the third place finishers proceed to lower bracket.

This year's event features the standard map rotation of de_dust2, de_forge, de_inferno, de_mirage, de_nuke, de_train and de_tuscan. Maps will be picked using the veto system.

First eight teams are now announced with the other half of the participant list coming up next week with the schedule for the event.

. last year on the internet they tied against winfakt.fi (lagging a lot)
. some years ago they lost 16-14 against Na`Vi
. they have already won mouzesports some years ago in dreamhack i think
. last gamegune they won Anexis

and... we can't even compare the lineup they have now to all those they had before

yeah so a couple of matches decide whether the team is better than the other or not? Just check the achievements of each team and what they have done and don't base yourself in matches which they were near to win, or won just against anexis. Dont be ridiculous.

the thing is there are no facts that k1ck is anywhere naer top10, and it's not my problem if they don't attend enough events, it's their own fault.

And what damage are you talking about? Having a good match against Na´Vi (losing) or winning a match against Anexis(?

If I see k1ck having a good performance in this tournament, okay, I'll agree with you pal, but so far they don't have enough to be top10 IMO.

I know that portugueses guys said a lot of times that k1ck is unstoppable and will beat the most hardest teams in whole of the world , but thats not true. k1ck will take their own chance in order to prove who they are and what they can do.
