k23 to attend GameGune
Following our earlier announcement featuring 21 teams for GameGune 2012, the Kazakhstani team k23 built around Dauren "AdreN" Kystaubayev has signed up as well.
The team hasn't been together officially in years due to Kystaubayev joining United and then moving to China in 2010 for school. However, they attended ASUS Open Summer 2010 and defeated Natus Vincere in the semi-finals before losing against Lions.
k23 includes three players of NEXT at WCG 2011
Most recently three of their players represented Kazakhstan under the name of NEXT at World Cyber Games 2011 where they managed a fourth place finish following losses against ESC Gaming and Moscow Five.

My brother used to love k23 aswell, he has been following since the beta test, and for some reasons I got to love that team as well right on way, so well organized and mindblowing strats. No I started 13, but I've wacthed old demos from 2005-2008 then I've watched them since :)

I don't think you know much about k23. They can take games off top teams. Their incredibly skilled. They just don't attend tournaments consistently.

How? This is the best team tactical wize in the cs history, abselutly mindblowing. And they have players that can do the most incredable. Watch this team on any map from any event, so well organized on the map every round. Watched the match against WMF 15-15 should be easy to find.

I would have to say WeMadeFox is probably the most tactic based team ever. Then Na'Vi (changed the game), followed by mTw. mTw was very good in 2008 no doubt, but after Na'Vi came on the scene, they revolutionized tactics in cs, and mTw was never able to really beat them.
WMF had the most insane tactics imo, they must of practiced some of them atleast 150+ times in a server by themselves to get them right. Look up some youtube videos, some of the shit that they did was mindblowing. They played like absolute machines.

Can't deny that. I would realy love to see AdreN being more active, he has the skills for sure, if he realy wanted it he could have playe for M5 today, and bringing them to the top along with, Sk/ESC/fnatic and Na'Vi. Dont know if you remeber the time in UNiTED, but that team was crazy. Global Challenge Dubai 2009, they ended up in group with, Sk, Esc, Mouz, VP and INPULSE and they managed to get the 3'rd place, And if I remember correctly Asus summer 2010 they a very esay gruop, they came out 1st and defeted Angels ( Sweedish mix team ) and then they kicked Na'Vi 2-0 and then lost to Lions on the final. God Love'd seeing them kickin Na'Vis ass:D

romjike is always just there, dont realy why. I always thought it was because he was caller or something, but I figured out he wasn't, then he joined M5 and I was like wtf? I always saw him as the guy who just was there... But sometimes those players are importand. minet is a perfect exemple, he wasn't realy a mad fragger, but he always steped up when they needed him:P

Romjke is probably one of really few people who can get well with everyone in the team. By all means one of the best back-up players. Watched a lot of interviews of many players where they said that Romjke is the player who they feel most comfortable playing with. He makes everything for a madfragger to get his kills

I just said Mr.Arbalet held a lof of Events in Kzh, Russaian and Ukraina, that's why they did attend to such events couse it was in the are, and the same thing with Asus, was also held in the area. Try to find k23 at DH, IEM, or ESWC? I know they also went to Kode5 in Spain and other smaller events. I'm just talkin about k23.
