Moment ago redCode just finished playing their game against convention. HLTV.org has conducted an interview which is about the Convention game and how they feel the team has played up to now.

Hello Ofkeli and Bax, can you please introduce yourself to the readers?
Ofkeli: Hi im Ofkeli Kenneth and Im 24years old and I play for defusekids, now as RedCode at this event.
Bax: Hi im Bax.

The game against Convention was very close, do you have any comments about the game?
Ofkeli: It was a very close game indeed, it was an awesome game to play and we played very well together and our teamplay was good. We are very happy because train is worst map and we can perform on individual skills and teamplay. I also want to say the enemy was very fair, because they decided to let us play the game when really it should have been a forfeit because we arrived late to the event.

You are now in the last 8 of the upper bracket of the tournament. How well do you feel the team has played up to now?
Bax: Yesterday we started abit slow against 69N-28E but we feel we are growing confidence in the tournament and if we play like we can play our game we feel we can win a lot of games and go quiet far in the tournament.

Up next you face Pentagram on Dust2, how do you think you will do in this game ?
Bax: We are not going to do anything special because they are the best team in the world right now, we are just going to play our game like any other opponent.

What do you expect if you beat Pentagram? Top 3 finish ?
Ofkeli: If we beat Pentagram we can beat anybody, then we can just go for the gold and win GameGune.

You seam to make a lot of noise after you win important rounds, Is there something behind this? do you think this is a good tactic to try and distract and put your opponent off?
Bax: We don’t try to distract the enemy, Keeping the team motivated is a very important thing in the game. If you scream loud and make lots of noise you really feel the adrenalin and your totally in the zone.

What is the deal with DefuseKids and redCode? Why are you playing under the redCode tag?
Ofkeli: We are not going into much detail about this but all I can say is we are very thankful to the redcode organization to bring us to this event and make this possible for us to play vs all the top teams in the world and I hope that we can make there name proud.

Do you think that you will become the new redCode.CS team after GameGune?
Bax: We can not answer on that one unfortunately, who knows, you'll just have to wait and see.
