A new tournament called E-Frag Online Cup #2 was announced last week, and some known names, such as Anexis and duttdutt, have already signed up. They will be fighting for a prize purse in excess of 1000€ and it is shaping up to be an interesting competition.

Five months after their first online tournament successfully ended, the organizers behind E-Frag have announced a new one last week. The first cup mostly consisted of local teams from Serbia, plus several Bulgarian sides, but this time they are aiming to attract teams from the entire continent.

So far, 41 teams have signed up, hailing from 19 different countries. Here are some of the more interesting names:

To see the entire team list click here. Most of the signups are still required to pay the entry fee of 40€ and the aim is to gather at least 32 teams which will be divided into eight groups. Should there be more teams interested to participate, the organizers will expand the structure to fit five or six teams per group, as well as increase the prize purse accordingly.

The tournament is scheduled to start on August 18 if enough teams are gathered by that time.
