Qualifiers for DH Bucharest

Here is your chance to qualify for the €10,000 DreamHack Bucharest tournament. We at HLTV.org had originally been granted two slots for the Romanian event, but we have been granted another two, meaning we will qualify four teams for the tournament.
To distribute the four slots we will run two qualifiers, the first starting Monday next week. Each qualifier will see top two placed teams qualify for DreamHack Bucharest.

Both qualifiers will have a maximum of 16 participating teams, starting in a group stage with four groups of four teams. We will be using the group stage seen at GameGune 2012, which was suggested by Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen in his article about improving tournament formats.

Top two placed teams from each group will advance to the playoffs, played best-of-three maps in a single-elimination bracket. There will be no final in each of these qualifiers, the two teams to make it to the final will book a slot for Bucharest.
