VeryGames switch to CS:GO
Team VeryGames has announced the switch from Counter-Strike: Source to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
Having already touched CS:GO in Go4CS:GO and other online cups, the French CS:S giants now announce their full commitment to the new CS game.
The change will kick in after Masters Français du Jeu Vidéo, also known as the French Championship, which is due in two weeks time.
Like teams dominated a year out or so in CS 1.6, VeryGames has pretty much been on top of CS:S for the past four years. Of 49 events attended, the French team won 43 of them.

The team now engages into CS:GO, with no changes in the lineup, meaning VeryGames will mount the following lineup:
Kévin "Ex6TenZ" Droolans
Kenny "kennyS" Schrub
VeryGames head in to lock horns with the 1.6 legends making the switch to CS:GO, testing them at ESWC and DreamHack Winter, which they plan to attending.
The team just last weekend won the CS:S tournament at i46 in Telford, UK, beating mTw's CS:S team to win the first place price of £3,750 or close to $5,950.

Tactical game is the same ,spray much easier (that's big + for everyone) Movements are bad so nothing to add there. Cs;go is good only because of money if +45k for dreamhack and many coming tournamets why don't switch if no tournamets for cs 1.6 or cs:s in 2013 year...

There are new guns, new improved maps, new grenades, new players will play this game so its new. Bad movement can be if you played only 1.6. Dunno what you watched on that stream if you only saw flash bangs and graphics. 1.6 was also good for the money and sponsorship so for GO thats okey because people show interest. No. The game is all about aim right now, CS:S players have to adapt just as much, it's a bit weird. I played 30 minutes yesterday for the first time and the game is just bad, in my opinion. People are just holding onto the fact that its the only chance CS has and forcing themselves to like it. 1.6 is far superior, and CSS is also better, in my opinion. It is a shame it came to this, but whatever, it'll all die down soon after a few tournaments, unless the game is fixed. It is not a skilful game and it is very poorly designed.

You, on the other hand, have never been even semi-decent, always the weakest link of your team, always the lowest on the scoreboard too, never won any lan (well, you won i42 when all the real topteams were at CPH games 2011, except from a weakened epsilon who didn't even bother playing the game). Many didn't even considered you as a real top player. You were there coz you knew how to be friendly :slurp: with the right people. Look at your line up for i43, all the players who were in it were considered as the finest players in the scene except you, and you ended up top6. GUESS WHO'S FAULT? ;-)

Either way, VeryGames will rock CSGO, not because its closer to CSS than 1.6, but because their training, teamwork and tactics were unrivalled in CSS and will continue to be in CSGO.
Either way, VeryGames will rock CSGO, not because its closer to CSS than 1.6, but because their training, teamwork and tactics were unrivalled in CSS and will continue to be in CSGO.

I thinks at least in the begining VG would be TOP1, for me CS:GO is more like CSS than CS, but wihtout that VG is a really really strong team who play together since year (ok, on CS:S, but i can tell you, they are really impressif).
For me NiP need more team time, then the fight would be pretty cool to see.
