swag, kiko join Dynamic, 4Not fold

Following a second place finish in the North American ESWC 2012 qualifier, Team Dynamic has undergone a roster change which sees UMX members Braxton "swag" Pierce and Francis "kiko" Lao join.

Drawing the short end of the stick were Ryan "fREAKAZOiD" Abadir and Todd "anger" Williams, who joined the team in late 2010 and early 2012, respectively, to replace current mTw member Joshua "steel" Nissan and inactive Sal "Volcano" Garozzo.

Pierce won the last two ESEA Invite championships in Counter-Strike 1.6 with Back2Back/100% before departing the team for greener pastures following the season 11 finals.

Lao on the other hand placed second in the season 11 finals with Ultimax Gaming, whom he has now departed. The squad who removed Trevor "p0s" Randolph just weeks ago has now been marked dead due to not having roster additions left.

Asked about the move, Dynamic's Phillpe-Olivier "PEX" Crepin stressed a lot of thinking went into this move, but they really believe this lineup has the potential to compete against the best in CS:GO, which they plan to do at DreamHack Winter 2012.

This move leaves Dynamic with the following roster:

Eric "AdreN" Hoag
Keven "AZK" Lariviere
Francis "kiko" Lao
Phillpe-Olivier "PEX" Crepin
Braxton "swag" Pierce

Due to ESEA's roster addition rules for each season, the same move has now forced Team 4Not to fold as they no longer have enough players to finish the season. Following players end up teamless:

Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert
Fadil "Nepo" Canaj
Nazar "steno" Vynnytsky
David "Xp3" Garrido

Team 4Not had to miss the North American ESWC 2012 qualifier due to Pierce's young age, but had shown promise in the ESEA online season with a 9-4 record before folding. Dynamic is currently at third place in ESEA with a 11-3 record.

ugh, brings back memories of the dark days of US cs, atleast dynamic will now have a better team....though im not quite so sure they can compete with area 51 even lol. col or eg needs to pick up sgares and build a team around him.

This is the last time 4Not ever sponsors a Counter-strike team. I am out. No hard feelings, didn't contract the team since n0thing couldn't be contracted. Error number 1. Steno needed a new computer, bought him one. It's probably not his fault and probably didn't know swag and kiko were leaving but next time I'd like to hear about it from the players since they knew that all along. Anyway, Thanks and I am out.

We will still support our open team though and good luck to team dynamic. Good bunch of guys except for Pex what a doofus (im kidding Love you P-O)

of course nothing couldnt be contracted because he is still on EG payroll, and eg is thumbing their fuckin nose at csgo until they can swoop in a pick up a championship-winning team right off the bat without having to work for it. fuck US.CS scene forever. bunch of fucking crybabies and ME-TOOS running the show.

GO seems to have a huge variety of promising teams. The US, or the NA scene can't afford to start building a team from scratch now if they want to succeed. Jason destroyed the NA scene (and zet) with his Source move and the teams were stupid enough to go for it.

Would love to see the level of x3/3d and coL internationally again but it ain't gonna happen. Jason alone destroyed your scene and while making some money for himself he missed tens of thousands of prizemoney for the NA teams

Not saying he alone but he had a huge role in killing the NA 1.6 scene what comes to international success. After his ridiculous "masters" in Source the NA, after such teams like 3D and coL, fell off the 1.6 scene

CS:GO will never be anything in NA, even if EG did field the best NA CS:GO team it still wouldn't be enough. You guys have ESEA and that's it, no new players no new tournaments, no hype no nothing.

in our defense, we now have the 1.6 and source communities merging at the top level. to say we have no new players is wrong in the sense that you're describing it, because we can combine players that were previously separated.

No kidding, ESEA-i is stacked with some fairly good teams for an inaugural season. If HMO can get it together on LAN and keep practicing they'll be huge. Not to mention the dominant Sourcers like TD coming over. It's only season one of ESEA-i GO and we're seeing some good competition.

Such a shame for messing over 4Nothing, but hope they keep on the Canadian squad because they're really good.

I always supported Dynamic, weren't my favourite NA team but still had opportunities abroad. After getting rid of anger, can't really support them.

for me cgs css players should start along with 1.6ers and form teams!! its the only way for us to be back on track :) i remember two guys from optx i think they were clown and moE who were fcking beasts. Put players like that with top 1.6ers like pauly sgares n0thing and you have a great team

Really hope n0thing, steno, and Xp3 find a new team/org soon. Maybe n0thing's contract under EG will lead to EG building a CS:GO team. One can only hope.
