The team to represent Copenhagen Wolves in CS:GO was announced today and as per tradition the organization will feature a Danish team.

Having a history of housing Danish CS 1.6 and CS:S teams, Copenhagen Wolves continues the trend in CS:GO.

The Danish organization today revealed the CS:GO wolf pack, raiding three players from Tt Dragons in the shape of Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander, Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen and Danni "smF" Dyg.

The wolves also brought in the now former Blight Gaming member Malte "Herden" Boelt and Nicolaj "Nico" Jensen who has been a part of the organization in CS:S.

In CS:GO Copenhagen Wolves will be represented by:

Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander
Malte "Herden" Boelt
Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen
Danni "smF" Dyg
Nicolaj "Nico" Jensen

The team has already made plans of attending SLAP LIVE #26 as well as a minor Danish event called NetPartyFyn.

2012-09-24 22:20:25

2012-09-24 22:31:57
You brits are hilarious :D
2012-09-24 22:35:12
That was a nice match
2012-09-24 22:43:44
and your point being? 16-14, 16-10.. close match good game no complaints. u must've missed the match where hawks(winfakt) took down mousesports 16-3 in de_nuke_ve :) they were all joking about it before the start of that match. anyways, no need for you to bring up things like that if ur making a statement about something completely different and are asked about it.
2012-09-24 22:59:42
True that man! A new mix team with no Source exp with 2 retired veterans (1 still in the army) gave you a hard time :D Plz

hahaha you gotta be joking, right?
2012-09-24 22:38:29
LOL, Saucer top team = 1.6 mid level team. This team is not even good at Sauce, they must be terrible.

Kind of agree with you, maybe Anexis are a little better than these guys as well. I would say the top 5 CS:GO teams (in no order) will be VG, Fnatic, Na'vi, ESC and NiP, and then you have teams like Anexis, mousesports, winfakt etc and maybe these guys. I just meant they were below the very top teams but still considered "good". I think in general 1.6 teams are better than source ones as well.
2012-09-24 23:17:01
vg won't be near top 5 when the NA scene goes to tournies. same with cogu's team if he gets good players. and the asian scene.
2012-09-24 23:29:17
See unlike you i actually watch both 1.6 and source, you are so wrong about VG :). a51 and VG are going to be at ESWC, you will see there.
2012-09-24 23:32:39
good response, let's wait and if vg can remain at the top level.

going to be great watching the clash of NA and EU teams once again
2012-09-25 03:57:27
the VG lineup they have right now is garbage.

it is the worst VG roster in the last 3-4 years.
2012-09-25 10:54:17
yeah, right, as if NA won something outside USA in last 2-3 years
2012-09-25 19:41:11
yes, pretty good players

2012-09-24 22:28:21
GL mates :)
2012-09-24 22:29:26
Well honestly never heard about those guys , but that's probably because I never followed that much the CS:S scene ...

gl
2012-09-24 22:30:29
Pretty cool. Gl
2012-09-24 22:32:11
to be fair i think i've heard from nico. maybe from that first CS:GO tournament (1.6 vs CSS)
2012-09-24 22:32:58
It´s not that Nico. It´s one nico from 1.6 and one Nico from CS:S.
2012-09-24 22:49:28
i'm not talking about niko. if i'm not mistaken this nico is one of the best saucers, as people say (not that means a shit lol)
2012-09-24 23:19:00
one of the best awpers, a cool guy
2012-09-24 23:51:22
no, he's garbage at source, mid level at best
2012-09-25 11:04:16
Cool! Awesome that so many teams have changed! CS:GO ftw!
2012-09-24 22:41:45
yeah teams are change to cs:go but its get kick out of top 10 steam games all ready :)
2012-09-24 22:46:59
well, no worries the userbase will grow.. not sure to what extent but it will.
2012-09-24 23:01:14
okey whats about 1.6 non steam players there are at least another 50K people. And yes the game is just come out but the number of people that plays it will not increase, game gets its community at first week its released after that the number will not change because some people stops play it somebody buys the game the number of players pretty much stays the same
2012-09-25 00:17:05
well I don't care since I play the games I like not the ones that r popular.
2012-09-25 01:28:34
This is so false it's not even funny...
2012-09-25 02:13:23
ahahahha u wan to say its different?
2012-09-25 07:45:14
hehe, borderlands 2 and torchlight just came out soo its expected.
2012-09-24 23:19:31
Pretty good players (source perspective). I think smF is pretty strong in CS:GO aswell, I have not seen the others in action. Though Wolves never take in a team without knowing they could do top 10 in the world. GL mates ;)
2012-09-24 22:54:40
More and more teams! OMG GL!
2012-09-24 23:03:43
noobs
2012-09-24 23:03:56
If they are not even good at Source then they will get raped by the 1.6 players.

Not even good at Source? Sir, you should follow up on you're facts a little more :)

2012-09-24 23:14:40

2012-09-24 23:19:48
lol
2012-09-25 00:50:47
hm?
2012-09-25 01:19:17
What is so funny? Hell, I have followed the CS scene for so many years that I stopped counting and I don't even know these guys. I may have seen their names somewhere, but not in any particular important topic anyway.

Good source players doesn't mean good csgo players by default. We have already seen quite a few examples of that by now.
2012-09-25 10:17:58
I've never said anything about that. But if you got a little brain, you would know these players too. It's sad to see the 1.6 forum doesn't know any Source players.
2012-09-25 14:17:36
No, you've never said that - but I assume that's what you were hinting with your "lol".

Sorry to disappoint you. How the fuck are we supposed to know these players if we didn't follow source?

It's sad that people actually followed the source scene because the game was/is ridiculously easy compared to 1.6 or csgo.

Hit in the feet and you get a headshot. GG.
2012-09-25 15:05:32
They were actually competing to be the best danish team in CS:S. They're a top2 source team in Denmark.

Wish them all luck and hopefully HUNDEN will bash the 1.6ers!

Just don't see them as one of the top teams. In addition to that I still remember the childish behaviour of gla1ve and Nico after they lost against ALTERNATE at Copenhagen Games 2012, accusing them to cheat...
2012-09-24 23:48:20
I would whine too if i lost to kRYSTAL on lan. By the way, Nico and gla1ve didn't play on the same team at CPG2012.

Who was it then, together with gla1ve? I'm sure about him but dunno exactly who the 2nd guy was...
2012-09-25 00:05:54
Hunden, JOKERN, gla1ve, frozt and kev1n.
Hunden it was then :)

True, it was gla1ve and hunden. Would be nice to see them facing ALTERNATE again ;)
2012-09-25 00:15:10
Does ALTERNATE have the same team? It was pretty beast at Copenhagen Games :)
