Neo steps in for place2play.ru at PGS

ESC Gaming star Filip "Neo" Kubski has confirmed to HLTV.org that he will play as a stand-in for place2play.ru at PGS in Portugal.

The Polish star was recently seen at the TECHLABS event in Ukraine, where ESC finished third, with just one victory from three matches.

With the team opting to switch to CS:GO after the tournament, it was believed that Kubski's highly-successful 1.6 story had been brought to a conclusion.

However, he has now been given the chance to add one more title to his résumé as he will be filling in for Sergey "hally" Shavaeva at the Portuguese tournament, which will take place from October 11-14 in Oporto.


Neo to play one more 1.6 tournament

The Russian team have been drawn in Group A, together with fnatic, GamerHouse and exotic.

place2play.ru will play at PGS with the following line-up:
