Team xXx join mousesports
Time: 2012-10-18 17:08
Game: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

German ESWC qualification winners Team xXx have joined up with the nation's flagship organization mousesports as their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team.

Former ALTERNATE member and mousesports' rival Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert has led Team xXx to a 5-0 record and a first place so far in EPS Winter 2012, and most importantly to a win in the national ESWC qualifier over mTw.

Troubley's dream of representing mouz has been filled

This means mousesports now feature two teams; the German squad led by Tabbert and a British team who were unable to qualify for ESWC, as they fell short against FM.TOXiC in their qualification.

There has been no word from mousesports on whether they plan to hold onto both teams, but the press release did however say that this team would represent mouz in all official events, possibly suggesting the UK team could be getting the boot soon.

Manuel "approx" Zeitz
Johannes "nex" Maget
Dimitrios "stavros" Smoilis
Hendrik "strux1" Goetzendorff
Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert

mousesports' German CS:GO team's next event will be ESWC 2012 taking place on November 1-4 at Paris Games Week. HLTV.org will be on-site to provide you with full coverage of the event.

well honestly if the UK team acts like douchebags and decides not to pracc seriously and hate the game , then they should be kicked.

good luck to the German squad :)
2012-10-18 19:00:31
Yeah we're such douchebags for prioritising other commitments also, we liked the game. I agree on facing consequences though

Its not unheard of for german org's to do this in the same game. I remember mTw.alt & mTw.se around 2002/2003 but that was when they wanted a german team and mTw.se was like top5 in the world and top2 in Sweden so it was worth keeping the 2 but mousesports.uk I dont think from what ive seen would be top10 team... might make top20.
2012-10-19 03:48:13
actually mtw had a german cs team till 2010 or 2011
a german source team
and the danish cs team^^
2012-10-19 03:49:48
Yeah I remember that. Again they always want a german team since the org is German and the Danish guys were a top5 in the world. So to me looks like if the german squad isnt strong they want a high level team representing them but here we have the german's better than their international team.

Makes me think they will cut the internationals and put their effort solely into the ger division.
