Cph Wolves win Thor Open Qualifier #3

Copenhagen Wolves came out on top of the third THOR Open qualifier with a 16-14 victory over ColdGame in the final.

A total of 88 teams from across Europe signed up for the qualifier with hopes of securing the spot that would take them to the Swedish event, which will take place in Stockholm between December 8-9.

Among the teams who tried their luck in the qualifier were RuSh3D and ChillTeam, both of whom will be on show at the ESWC finals, but they failed to impress, with the Russian team crashing out in the opening round, while the Dutch side failed to go beyond the third round.

mTw were also sent packing after the very first game, while FM-eSports TOXiC and Team X were both elimineated in the quarter-finals.

In the final match, Wolves, who recently won NetPartyFyn #13 over Anexis, lost the first half 11-4, but then turned the score around in the second half to win the match in the very last round.
