mTw's Jonas "whimp" Svendsen put his pistol skills to use in the online stage of Intel Extreme Masters III to make this particular highlight against ATS.fi.

Our "Frags from the Past" series brings you another former member of mTw after a recent highlight starring Martin "trace" Heldt.

Svendsen takes on Finnish ATS in the first round of the game which saw the successful squad of 2008 move onto ramp to attack the lower bombsite. Three Danes were quickly taken care of in a split second which led to a 2on4 situation for Sunde and whimp.

The latter returned the frag for two of his teammates and got himself a better weapon for the situation. After carefully searching the bombsite for the remaining two opponents, Svendsen covered his teammate to safely plant the bomb. ATS decided to split and jumped down to vents only to be dealt with by one headshot each.

mTw eventually won the match 16-8 and took first in the group D without losing any match which secured them a spot in the Global Finals. In Germany they eventually lost to Polish MeetYourMakers in the consolidation match to take bronze from one of the three major tournaments of 2009.

Best team that ever exist, for me ofk. It was absolutely huge mix of team play and personal skills. I never saw such of mad team play before/after.

I absolutely agree. I miss the old mTw (mJe, Whimp, sunde, Ave, Zonic) And i Sure as hell miss CS 1.6!

Certainly arguable, how about a tie? :D

Id say that neo "slumped" more than f0rest did/does but taz really stepped it up in 11/12

I think the only players to have a claim to all time best DK player is Whimp and Zonic, no one else has played consistently on the highest lvl as long and as great as they have.
