Former mousesports.uk captain Sam "RattlesnK" Gawn has decided to put together a new team called overrated individuals.
Gawn led mouz to an impressive 3rd-4th place finish at DreamHack Winter in November, but the team ended up being released last month due to the organisation's wish to focus on the German market.
Since then, the team have been nowhere to be seen, and after Lasse "stingeR" Midtstue linked up with the former mTw team in Torqued, it was feared that the players had simply decided to go their separate ways.
However, Gawn has now created a team on the ESL's website called overrated individuals with a view to competing in the A-Series to get through to RaidCall EMS One.
Midtstue is not the only player from mouz.uk that will not follow the team in this new adventure, though, as Pete "pt" Wright is not part of the roster, either.
To replace these two players, Gawn approached former mouz team-mate Daniel "RE1EASE" Mullan and Brandon "weber" Weber, who had been without a team after quitting fm-eSports TOXiC on Wednesday.
All organisations who are interested in supporting this team can email them at sam_gawn@hotmail.com with the following subject line: "overrated individuals".
The UK-based team consist of the following players:
Sam "RattlesnK" Gawn
James "Mx" Smale
Preben "prb" Gammelsæter
Daniel "RE1EASE" Mullan
Brandon "weber" Weber

since f0rest only played 1.6 and said to be one of the best player ever and even succeeding in cs:go too, so how do u compare a guy who have been playing source with a guy who havent played that game at all? besides neither he has proven anything is cs:go yet whereas f0rest has already shown his capability in cs:go too

gl finding an org although I think that shouldn't be a problem.
NiP is the only one who really is worthing lots of playing this game.
As far as i know RattlesnK studied at uni so he probably won't spend many time in a game that won't worth even a 1k5 salary per month.

People keep talking like they could just beat Nip easily like Xizt, GTR, Forest, Fiff, Friberg are a bunch of nonamers. They are, mostly, star players who PRACTICE shitloads !! So it will take a lot of practice + patience from these guys to be on top, hopefully they'll stay together, insane line up on paper.
GL !!

As you have seen the FM.TOXiC team, had 4 brits, 1 swede, then 2 brits dropped out, and 2 danes joined so the team consist of 2 danes, 2 brits and 1 swede.
There were 2 norwegians but stingeR was left out or joined up with MODDII to play with ex-mTw

they need a solid organisation and they need to stick together. UK teams far too volatile - the UK community give teams so much grief for not winning and the pressure is intense. There's always stigma for UK teams as they usually underperform with the exception of a few occasions.
Total respect for all the players though. Only possible lineup improvements would be keita (fm.toxic) or Friis (fnatic)
Good luck lads! I'll watch yer games!
Flame on...

Bro, he is shit and everyone knows it. If you are his typical blower fanboy who was at his streaming everyday watching his pathetic gamestyle jumping everytime, failing and changing his crosshair as acting like a "pro" when he was terribly shit is up to you.

why was uk so shit in 1.6?
Pete Wright pt
Marc Mangiacapra Mangiacapra
James Wilson Wilz000
Elliot Welsh Wez
Truth is that there are a LOT of very good teams on the scene right now (and more on the way). I see so many teams in the subtop in Scandinavia with potential to making it big, and there are already a lot of great teams on the top.
From where I'm standing it looks like it's gonna take a lot more than 'just' five good players to make it in GO. When the scene has stabilized it will be damn near impossible to form a new team or join a tour as mix team and surprise everyone with a top place, even though it should consist of five star players - though it's something we've seen happen before in both 1.6 and Source.
If GO keeps growing and the tours keep coming, the scene will simply be too stronk.
weber is new in this lineup
+pt/Hughsy this team would be awesome.. hope dignitas or mTw will pick them up. gl!
Don't know about GO.
You can say that in your opinion, release is a better player than weber, but you simply cannot say that release has played better than weber in the last 2years since he hasn't won a single mvp award and won only one event (and was average at it)

I really hope they get a "GOOD" org that pays them a good salary so they keep playing (difficult) or they will disband once that is what i think will unfortunately pass. I really don't know in what are fnatic thinking, for example.
