HLTV.org is looking for moviemakers to fill the ever-growing demand of highlight clips from all the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournaments taking place.
It's no secret we haven't been able to publish as many highlight clips in the recent months as we would like to, and our readers might be accustomed to from the Counter-Strike 1.6 days.
We're now going to rectify the situation as we're looking for moviemakers who are interested in showing their work to our hundreds of thousands monthly visitors here at HLTV.org.
Ideally we're looking for someone who is able to work daily as there are important CS:GO matches on almost every day of the week with various big matches among top teams taking place.
Can you make these kind of highlight clips?
Our focus is obviously on big LAN events, and with Mad Catz CS:GO Invitational taking place already next weekend, we hope to have a new moviemaker in time to bring fresh highlights to our readers.
We have previously done other types of movie projects as well such as event movies or player highlights from a specific match, and while we're emphasizing on the need of short highlights, we're also open to other types of movies.
Interested in becoming part of the HLTV.org crew? To apply, send an e-mail to hltvmoviemaker@gmail.com with your age, name, nationality and your availability for work. Finally, also include a couple of examples of your work, preferably uploaded on YouTube.
After proving yourself you will have a chance to earn money in the future, but based on our experiences so far we've found it important to first make sure we find a person who is reliable and won't get bored of the work.

I just wonder why previous moviemakers get bored? maybe not get paid enough.. if u will offer good wages u will find some 1 i`m sure, noone want work for free those days as u want it
One suggestion to change the format of highlights: would be much appealing to make clips without music but with HUD, like fragbite did back in the day (still does?).
Just my two cents.
I dont even need payment, i have been editing for fun in 2 years now, it's my best hobby and i love doing it. I have applied i just hope that i can edit here. Is there any way i can talk to you on skype or anything, i am willing to put 110% in to this anyday!
cheers!
