Blog: Brexit Saga Continued

Some of you might be aware but British parliament voted for snap elections in June. Ive been following it and followed behaviour of certain politics and political parties. Main driving force for Leave campaign was this man:

Nigel Farage

Strangely enough Farage has quit his party as soon as referendum result was "Leave". Explaining decision as "got UK out of EU, my job is done".

Face of "Remain" campaign was:

David Cameron

Guy resigned from PM position as soon as results have been announced.

It is worth mentioning how whole "Conservatives" party was pushing for Remain and as soon as results were announced they switched their point of view to "Leave" and promised to deliver article 50. Main person driving the force to deliver it as soon as possible was:

Theresa May

She pushed parliament to trigger article 50, so have done the job and now called for early elections.

It seems like all those dirty handed scumbags washing their hands and don't wanna be involved in the whole procedure, which makes me wonder why? Could it be, because Britain will get screwed over so much so they dont want to be associated with it for future elections? Something like "U asked us for Brexit we delivered it, people who were doing negotiations fucked up, Vote for us again, we will do our best to fix it". Dirty move by Conservatives.

I am honestly starting to consider more and more my move back to Poland or somewhere else. I have enough experience in my field to have a good money and life anywhere. The way things are currently looking like are bad.
Interesting pictures.

Dumbass. She called the snap election because her party is going to clean the floor with the opposition. It gives her a stronger mandate which helps in brexit negotiations. Please go back home now. Thank you!
2017-04-20 14:24
I would debate that. I wanna see how they gonna campaign first.
2017-04-20 14:28
It is a case of that theres no one that the people like, and they think the tories will do.
2017-04-20 14:32
Exactly. This doesn't mean Tories will take it, anything could happen. A lot of it depends on who is gonna go and vote.
2017-04-20 14:36
I would have more confidence at an upset if the election wasnt so soon, not much time to change peoples opinions. Also this is the UK, people do not like to change their opinions quickly or intelligently.
2017-04-20 16:22
Labour has been completely unelectable since that far left retard Jezza took over. LibDems are not a credible opponent yet. UKIP are rudderless without Farage. Tory majority has never been so easy. Polls are like 54% for May 15% for Corbyn. You have to have not been paying attention for years to not realise what will happen.
2017-04-20 14:35
Polls are full of shit as you should know it yourself anyway(Brexit referendum). People are sick of Tories also, most of my friends who voted them in the past wont do it this time.
2017-04-20 14:37
It doesn't matter. The stage is still set the same way. Labour are going to have the worst showing in their history. Jezza is going to leave and split the party and leave Labour absolutely fucked. No one is sick of the Tories maybe some students and foreigners. But everyone who voted for brexit is gonna vote Tory again so the negotiations goes well and continues. If anyone stays at home it will be the teenage leftists who support remain. Just like in the referendum. They'll be too busy preparing what to say on social media when they lose.
2017-04-20 14:44
Tories were campaigning for remain as far as i remember? Farage is thinking of coming back in current situation UKIP might take it. If not then get into stronger position than they were last time. I remember last elections they had shit loads of votes but cuz of your system they didn't get many sits. Agreed on lefty teenagers.
2017-04-20 14:45
They did campaign for remain, but they are now campaiging for leave. You can challenge the ethics of that of course, but point still stands that they are the brexit party, and people want brexit.
2017-04-20 16:28
Lets be honest nobody will vote labour while corbyn runs them.
2017-04-20 20:12
Y'all need a leader like trump

2017-04-20 14:31
Well, UK has time till April 2019 to work out a deal for leaving. It's going to be complicated, long and must be approved by a majority of EU member states. Also, it can be vetoed by the European Parliament. Perhaps that explains why everyone's pulling out because if anything goes wrong on the way to the promised year, the noose will be tied around their neck for the next in line to start all over.
2017-04-20 14:29
Kind of a poisoned chalice.
2017-04-20 14:33
Exactly. Also, renouncing its membership is the easy part. The difficult things would be: - Establishing new trading relationship - Tariffs - Bureaucratic Red tape - Agreements on free movement etc. This could take longer than just two years. Also, influential businessmen would want the most convenient terms so that there's no or minimal economic harm. But at the same time, the 27 counterparts will make sure the conditions are brutal to discourage other member states from even thinking about leaving in near or far future.
2017-04-20 14:40
- Establishing new trading relationship This alone can talk longer than 2 years.
2017-04-20 16:20
Yep, very much so. The truth is, if UK wants to quickly find its feet outside of EU, it'll have to do the following almost simultaneously if not in a sequence: - Negotiate a new deal with Brussels - Win a series of major bilateral trade deals spanning globally - Revise its own governance as EU law begins to recede Long story short, major legislation changes are incoming for people residing in the UK.Treasury lawyers and financial experts would have to be hired by the hundreds for areas like: a)Health and safety b)Financial services c)Employment On top of that, Trade Ministry will be required, with hundreds of new negotiators, to establish new deals around the world. 2 years? I think this is a decade long exercise or even more.

The EU was created by corrupted people to steal money. It's a corrupted system, and I'm happy the U.K. opened their eyes.

Never did I support Hillary. In fact, I said that Hillary is shit. She is corrupt as well, but it was a choice between the pest and cholera. Neither am I pro Muslim refugees, I'm for controlled immigration. I'm not for closing the borders, I'm not for opening it for everyone and all

I have nothing to do with the general election whatsoever. If there is to be any election or voting I will not be involved as I do not get involved with politics. What happens will happen and I couldn't care less, to be frank.

I wouldn't make a very good Prime Minister even I wanted to run the country. I quite literally care not for politics but have respect for those that are with politics.
