Unban ex.IBP
Sweden KaBie-
Ex. IBP should be unbanned.. The other pros should talk to valve, face to face during the next major because a lifetime ban is not fair, in every almost every sport you get 1-2 year. Please talk to valve and if they say no, say that your father works at Counter Strike and he will ban you on cs

No. Why ? Because if you start giving second chances, it destroy CS pro scene because everybody who think throwing, will do it, because there isn't any real punishment for first time you can make millions with throwing and just take 1 year ban max and start again
2016-02-18 16:32
Millions lol, how much do you think these pixels are worth?
2016-02-19 18:58
They will never be unbanned
2016-02-19 18:43
they have said no, start thinking about something else
2016-02-17 21:34
but i like swag and I will give him skins if he doesn´t throw
2016-02-17 21:36

Please stop posting these, it's... Painful. NA Hope is gone, we need mixed teams or teams from fucking brazil to represent us. We arent going for top 1, we are going for hopefully getting out of groups at this point. Thanks for the sentiment though.
2016-02-17 21:46
Weren't Dazed and Steel both cut long before the bans came in and iBP was pretty much dead already? There was zero hope for the iBP lineup.
2016-02-17 21:57
Well, if you watch NA fpl you would see that swag, steel and dazed are among the best players there.
2016-02-17 22:47
FPL means nothing so no I wouldn't.
2016-02-17 22:49
Haha. You would also see that those three differ from most NA players. They actually use their brains!
2016-02-17 22:51
Yeah I would see that some are better than others in PUGs. Since its FPL I would think nothing of it cause it means nothing.
2016-02-17 23:12
The best players in the US IMO. Put dazed, steel, swag, ska, and koosta together for example, NA has a shot. But this will never happen sadly. BTW, pick any line up you want with that core three (As Dazed can call both sides), and they could do some damage internationally. Barring they could put their egos together. Did you see what happened when swag played for (I think Cloud 9?), at that small event with most major NA teams in attendance and some international teams? He ripped everyone, always top fragged and impacted alot. Would be nice but lets just light a candle instead of hoping. [*]
2016-02-17 22:54
+1 ska, swag, steel, dazed +1 (koosta for example) could have been a really great team nowadays for sure. Probably around top5. Rip
2016-02-17 22:59
Yeah man, I hold this small hope in my heart that valve will reverse their decision after 2 years but its a small sad hope. I can always cheer for Fnatic though and not be let down. :)
2016-02-17 23:18
Same here! I like LG as well, FalleN is a genius :)
2016-02-18 15:17
I cant wait to see them square off, I think LG is improving enough to make it an exciting game.
2016-02-18 16:26
nope, the team was hiko ska dazed swag azk there were looking for org, and played as "ex-IBP"
2016-02-17 22:54
wrong, they were called GX or Wicked Masterminds... which is a reference to the Evil Geniuses org that they planned to sign with
2016-02-18 00:19
it was hugh jazz construction, then they changed it to gx. they were never called wicked masterminds. that was just a pun for the mlg x games thing.
2016-02-18 03:34
Hungary Shaperz
azk he is the north american player but the titan he is the french stars
2016-02-19 18:46
dazed and steel were cut for the major by swag, but they got out in groups and swag was like shit im stupid and they came back in
2016-02-18 03:20
They were cut because swag just wanted to play with his friends rather than actually win.
2016-02-18 03:39
we're going for hopefully making it TO groups at this point, out wont happen. (excluding lg)
2016-02-18 00:47
This is the most true thing I've seen in a long time.

unban? nonono i arent think that swedekistan i are think they needing go jail ))
2016-02-17 21:38
for abusing a 3rd party website without rules? must be brazilian.
2016-02-17 21:39
no, for stealing. why does it matter what website they used?
2016-02-17 21:41
because going to jail for a website not at all affiliated legally with the game they are banned from is non-American lol
2016-02-17 21:43
why does it matter if the website is affiliated with valve? if that's your logic, match fixing is always okay because valve doesn't own any betting sites.. I'm really excited to read your reply, because your logic is very amusing to me
2016-02-17 21:44
mr mountain they bet virtual items, on a website that has NOTHING to do with the world legally.. match fixing is not okay, but it definitely isn't something to get arrested for unless it has to do with real currency and has a rule behind it. now, if there was a rule that specifically stated that if you throw for any benefit you can get arrested for it, so be it. But you WILL never be arrested for something that has no rule behind it.
2016-02-17 21:47
just looked it up, and what ibp did is illegal under federal by securities exchange act. if you disagree, please explain why it's not illegal.
2016-02-17 21:56
elaborate this act, because what im looking at is not defining that act as "if you lose a video game on purpose for skins then its illegal", or anything in that nature
2016-02-17 22:02
fraud for monetary gain is illegal
2016-02-17 22:07
Skins are not monetary gain per law... Just saying, I'm not supporting iBP in any way btw
2016-02-17 22:09
that's the worst logic of all. if I steal gold from you, it's not a problem because gold isn't money. you steal something that belongs to someone else. that is illegal, regardless of what you stole. though the skins are probably legally owned by valve regardless of who has them in their inventory, it makes it even more logical that valve has more than a right to do as they wish with people who steal from the community
2016-02-17 22:12
in your logic how are we stealing from valve if we never steal it from them at all? it would always be theres? and btw, gold is a currency.
2016-02-17 22:14
stealing your tv is okay then since it's not currency. the fact that valve owns the skins follows from their terms and conditions, which also states that they can ban you for anything they want. did ibp players click "agree to terms and conditions" or not?
2016-02-17 22:18
TV is physical property. skins is coded into a virtual world and btw, steam can shut down and they'd be stealing your skins! but they wont be arrested for it.. atleast not for skins
2016-02-17 22:19
so property has to be physical? if stealing something that is virtual is theft or not is not actually for valve to determine, it is for the law.
2016-02-17 22:22
for one thats for HACKING into persons machine. "There is a serious offense, because we are talking about the protection of private assets." this is for literally losing a match.
2016-02-17 22:36
the private assets that he is talking about are skins
2016-02-17 22:37
im curious, the picture shows 1.6? is this even talking about skins?
2016-02-17 22:39
2016-02-17 22:40
Thats not a bad logic, it's a fact. Definition of stealing/buying/donating always involves the term 'property' skins are not your property, you are not buying/selling/stealing skins per law.
2016-02-17 23:13
i dont think skins are a secondary market?
2016-02-17 22:12
why does it have to be a secondary market?
2016-02-17 22:16
because the act is strictly for secondary markets?
2016-02-17 22:17
okay, I get that us law outside the constitution is almost impossible to understand.. but please, are you trolling?
2016-02-17 22:19
well considering you literally googled it minutes ago i dont think you'll understand it more than me
2016-02-17 22:20
you don't have to read more than the title to understand that the securities exchange act regulates securities exchange
2016-02-17 22:23
The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (also called the Exchange Act, '34 Act, or 1934 Act) (Pub.L. 73–291, 48 Stat. 881, enacted June 6, 1934, codified at 15 U.S.C. § 78a et seq.) is a law governing the secondary trading of securities (stocks, bonds, and debentures) in the United States of America. take note, of secondary securities i can read american football and think it has to do with the foot the name isnt always relative to what its the name of
2016-02-17 22:38
that is a description of the act from wikipedia, the act itself is hundreds of pages and is among other things about fraudulent activities to gain money. I'm not saying that I can point at anything in these 500 pages to relate to csgo matches or even matchfixing because you have to study law for years to even understand a single law in that fucked up legal system in usa. what I'm saying is that laws against fraud for monetary gain exist, even in usa.

stop defending valve, you lost this fight 3 times over...
2016-02-17 23:20
you think match fixing and stealing is okay, I and valve don't. that's what it boils down to. I'm glad valve agrees with me.

so if someone tricked you you'd want them to be in jail their entire life? fuck you i hate extremists like you who can't understand we as humans have morals and give people that has fucked up something called a ''second chance'' fucking asshole
2016-02-18 19:45
that's a great arguement, except for the fact that they aren't "in jail their entire life". they are banned from a few csgo tournaments per year.
2016-02-19 18:31
REZ |
Sweden jackir
except that they ARE banned from every csgo tournament ever, for live. not just a''a few csgo tournaments per year'' they're banned from life.
2016-02-19 18:40
that's completely wrong. they are banned from valve events. what other tournaments do is beside valves control
2016-02-19 18:41
REZ |
Sweden jackir
yes but every other tournament so far is following valve's footsteps because they're insecure cunts
2016-02-19 18:41
no, it's because it's the right decision to ban match fixers.
2016-02-19 18:42

there were no rule against it. they made a mistake which let's be real, lots of other top teams in europe did
2016-02-19 18:43
yes when they threw they thought noone will care if we matchfix, if it was written down, we wouldn't do it that's why they denied it for 1 solid year after RL exposed them and all along the way calling him a liar and tarnishing his reputation just because he caught them, that's when valve had to step in and bitch slap these mcdonalds prone burger flippers after they threw their cs career away now cheeseburgers like you cry on hltv because you know that youve got no chance against eurotrash go cry cheeseburger ((
2016-02-17 21:42

2016-02-17 21:42
first time ever someone cumbags like that
2016-02-17 21:44
I think it would help the Na scene so much. they would finally be able to compete properly. It should be in valves interest to make the scene as compedetive as possible
2016-02-17 21:43
throwing games is not fair m8
2016-02-17 21:43 he got 6 matches.. But I think 1 year is fair and second time lifetime
2016-02-17 21:45
this is just stupid... i would ban him forever also
2016-02-17 22:09
I agree, such a waste :(
2016-02-17 21:44
lol, nope. they shouldn't ever be unbanned, stupid thrower pieces of shit (yes, i mad, i dont like throwers)
2016-02-17 21:44

unless they pay up all the skins value there should be no chance of unban!!
2016-02-17 21:52
Lets be honest, only swag is a really big loss for NA, Dazed and Steel are just good players. Dont know why ppl believe so hard that they would be the NA salvation.
2016-02-17 22:04
their basically on the same level... swag might just be a just a tiny bit better fragger .. stop sucking his dick
2016-02-17 22:12
No, i follow the streams, swag is much better than both, with dazed being much better than steel. I suck the dick whoever i want ok?
2016-02-17 22:24
2016-02-17 22:22
Nah. Scumbag capitalist opportunists deserve what they got.
2016-02-17 22:27
dont hate the player, hate the game. There were no rules on it anyways, that was the game.
2016-02-18 00:37
ExIBP is basically the only other team id be interested in following. Not really interested in following all of the sketchy teams in top 5-7 range. They'd also be one of the few good NA teams.
2016-02-17 22:53
They should be banned till 2017 and have to do community service + give back the skins that were bet from their own funds in order to get unbanned (lounge checks which people bet on the netcode guides vs IBP game) but dboorne ,cud and all those guys stay banned.
2016-02-17 23:00
or those betting sits could have just refunded the people. problem solved.
2016-02-18 00:36
there's one thing i can't understand , weren't the bans from esea just 1y , if so why they don't do a team which could go to faceit and esea lan , if they are so confident about getting high why don't they use this way to get there ban lifted after winning some trophies
2016-02-17 23:15

2016-02-18 00:34
unban would be justice served
2016-02-18 00:39
as if valve would even bother looking at what the community thinks...
2016-02-18 03:29
2016-02-18 03:33
they shouldn't ever be unbanned CRY NA VARA AMERICAN
2016-02-18 03:36
nope, hopeful people stop to think next time. besides, I think activity of a few while indefinite ban doomed all of them to a permanent ban. shady af guys some of them (great cs players though, making it double shame).
2016-02-18 03:37
The community should have a say in the matter, lets start a petition
2016-02-18 16:29
nt steel
2016-02-18 16:33
They should still be able to play, but be banned from all betting/gambling websites + not be able to receive winnings.
2016-02-18 16:33
2016-02-18 16:35
what would happen if a load of die hard csgo fans camped out of valve's offices and campaigned to get ex ibp unbanned? that'd be cool. knowing globaloffensive reddit i bet there is a small army of virgin nerds who could do such a thing if someone organised it. if they said it was for the sake of the NA scene
2016-02-18 18:21
they should ban pasha as well, leaked documents are enough proof.. so if valve only applies this to ibp, they are goddamn retarded ;-)
2016-02-19 18:44 Says everything.. But I agree, i hope they get unbanned, because they were the first to do it, so a bit unfair to give them lifetime ban because of that. Maybe unban them, sat that they've had one year, and that's enough this time, but for the future it is pernament.
2016-02-19 18:56
let's ban thrower so other people won't throw match again let's kill murder so other people won't kill each other again I like Volvo logic
