Because it doesn't even remotely look like he cheats. He gets shot from a direction he is unsure of, so he starts spraying. The first angle he could be shot from was from the front, that is not the case, he then changes to the edge towards short, this is not the case either, so he starts shooting towards window in kitchen. This is an extremely common reaction, even I do it when I am confused where I get shot from.

i was just asking for oddshot.. true it was a panic situation and he got shot in the back but for someone who gets the perfect flick towards the short angle he gets funny lingers between short and window there but with 0.25 speed this looks less fishy though i think its naive to just assume pro players dont cheat, its always good to check or are you a believer that no pros cheat?

Well sure, some pros do seem suspicious in some situations, but this is not fishy at all. Those angles he sprayed towards are pretty common to check even when you're not spraying. I doubt he got any information at all about their locations so he might as well just try spray some common spots to peek from.

how does spraying 4 guys that aren't visible in 2 seconds not seem fishy? sure after checking it seems more viable it's just random panic spray but you don't think it's appropriate to at least review this situation?

It doesn't seem fishy nor would the situation need to be reviewed. He's not spraying 4 guys, he's spraying 3 spots which might be occupied by the one shooting at him. If he wasn't shot at first but simply fired off the spray, then yes, I'd believe he would cheat, but this is not the case.
