Olof - The truth
Xyp9x |
Denmark POIZONZILLA
I would like to start this topic as an conspiracy, since I have jack shit to back it up. The Fnatic team we know in recent time was formed by LGB teammates, so they have known each other for a long time. The old lineup with devilwalk got wrecked by an unstoppable NiP at the time, but suddenly a new fnatic was formed by the LGB guys, and they started winning everything they attended. We know that cheat coders are out there, and they are smart as fuck. It have never been confirmed, but many people have stated that the cheat coders got a cut in the prize money, for delivering this hack. So lets anticipate that cheating in events is happening. If someone is cheating, then the eventholders for sure wants to find out if this is true. But what happens if ex. ESL caught a cheater in live action at a pro event? Lets just say that they caught Olofmeister with some kind of cheat. Would they then publish it, and call out that Olofmeister have been cheating for an unknown period of time and ban him from the game? It would ruin everything for competitive cs, and the progress they have made would be reset. They would lose sponsors and credibility, so it would backfire straight in their faces. So what do you do when you catch a cheater to preserve the game and keep the events and sponsors rolling? I would have a private meeting with Olof and tell him that they know about the cheat, and make a deal. If Olof stops playing competitive cs, then the show will go on. They wont lose anything and Olof would at the same time be spared a pure online slaugther. A solution that works for both parts. Only thing Olof needs, is an excuse for not being able to play, so it seems credible. I'm not saying Olof is a cheater, but what if...?
2016-04-26 18:47
I just find i kind of funny that a wave of wrist injuries have hit pro players recently, and since the major Fnatic have been losing most of their matches.
2016-04-26 18:54
Guardian injuried himself playing football btw "wave hit" less than 1% of pro players got injuries, i don't think you can call this a wave hit
2016-04-26 18:57
Olof, Guardian and sh0x at the same time though
2016-04-26 18:57

Olof, guardian, shox, n0thing has said on Twitter he has been seeing a docor because his wrist has been bothering him for the past year, pyth replied saying a lot of us are in the same boat. Lots of the pros are having this problem.

LOL Guardian can't play football. Or he was the goalkeeper.
2016-04-27 19:26
well with a wirst injury he probably was :p I don't see him tackle like ramos or pepe would do haha
2016-04-27 19:27
he was actually a goalkeeper back when he was younger, like 17,but then he had a injury and he started gaining weight :(
2016-04-27 21:32
guardian? football? the pale obese greaseball looks like he's never played a sport in his life, let alone ran more than a minute
2016-05-02 08:40
I've read the first two sentences of OP and you're already wrong. Fnatic was a team long before LGB players olof and krimz joined. "LGB" guys was only olof and krimz and they didnt form anything, they were tier2 players that got an offer to play for a tier1 team and they took it obviously.
2016-04-26 19:02
They played with Flusha at the time and Dennis aswell who joined later on.
2016-04-26 19:04
No. Flusha, JW, schneider, Devilwalk and pronax is the original fnatic line-up in CSGO. Later decided to put DW as coach and get olof. Olof wanted to bring his long time friend and current teamm8 in LGB Krimz, so fnatic said fuck it and kicked schneider (risky move, but it payed of big time). This change happened in mid 2014. In late 2015 they got rid of pronax too for dennis. A player that had also played in LGB with olof and krmiz before they joined fnatic.
2016-04-26 19:07
according to your logic, soon the next who is gonna be kicked - JW and Cype will step in
2016-04-26 19:14

This original lineup* you fucking autist
2016-04-26 19:41
kid , you shouldn't even speak anything now . read what you wrote . Flusha, JW, schneider, Devilwalk and pronax is the original fnatic line-up in CSGO #expected .
2016-04-26 19:42
I know what I said, I just didnt think of the 6 month danish lineup that achieved nothing. Who the fuck cares, it doesnt change my point

2016-04-27 12:13
I'm asking bcz I really don't know. is this schneider godsent znajder or not?
2016-04-28 00:13
Yes, he changed name
2016-04-28 01:01
LOL No, Old lgb lineup was Twist, Dennis, Krimz, Olof and Cype. Flusha, Dw, Pronax, Jw and Schneider were in the old fnatic lineup and they DID crush nip in the finals at the first major, so the first part of the post was totally wrong.
2016-04-26 19:17
before either of those lineups were created there was an lgb team, with players from both of the later lineups. OP is right.
2016-04-26 23:21
2-1 in finals is not crush. And before that they didn't have much luck with beating nip. I think that is what he means.
2016-04-26 23:39
no, original fnatic setup was 5 unknown vikings floating along shores, hunting hares, finnish and norwegian women, salvaging anyting on sight. Then Devilwalk appeared...

nice way to point out that you're a fucking retard
2016-04-27 15:05
i are think pro cs is all a fake and valve/esl allows the pro players to cheat for entertainment to show off esports and csgo, Every lan tournament you can see pros aimlocking its just weird.
2016-04-26 19:01
They don't do it for entertainment, they do it because they know that if the current situation about cheats was revealed, nobody would follow the scene anymore
2016-04-26 19:19
...and the retard took the b8 ^
2016-04-26 19:27
Amen bro
2016-04-26 19:28
umh wouldnt that bring lots of publicity and ppl would also be intrested who is the "real" champ after cleaning the scene? assuming they all cheat :D
2016-04-27 11:16
I are think that too. I willn't believe it, but are you fuck you? No really, I share your opinion. They have to keep the level ultra high. Otherwise they wouldn't get so much sick clutch rounds / sick kills and the game would be more boring, thus attracting less ppl and sponsors. I didn't t8 the b8 as this is super obvious. Flusha, Krimz, Olof 'Tec9 master'. Sure m8. it's 'all real'

2016-04-26 19:05
guardian said his injury was from football lol, he said so here on hltv and on twitter :D also wrist injuries can just pop up out of nowhere you know, especially when you are playing cs for 8+ hours a day
2016-04-26 21:38
To be fair, he is probably a goalkeeper too. Can't imagine him shredding defenders on the wing.
2016-04-26 22:43
LOL
2016-04-26 23:01
if valve knows if some1 cheats, they should tell the player that they know and give him a warning and tell the player to stop cheat. if the player continues valve ban him and then just say that the player has retired

The thing is they can't ban someone like olof/flusha or someone else from the pro scene as this would scare off any sponsors from competitive cs scene. It's not a 'stupid shooter' anymore. People are actually living from competitive games.
2016-04-26 19:10
So you are saying everyone might as well cheat until detected since there would be no consequences? What a great idea.

Pro Cycling is different though. EVERYBODY cheats there.
2016-05-02 08:55
...
2016-04-26 19:12
yeah ofc. nice thought but Olof doesnt seem to cheat. Havent found an aimlock moment or strange stuff in his games. I think we can trust him on the wrist injury or an other reason why he doesnt play something personal like someone dying, something like moving into a new house, no internet for a period of time, whatever the reason might be I dont think its cheating.
2016-04-26 19:13
You can find a lot of weird moments from just about all of the top team members, you just have to watch the demo from all the povs. What we see on the stream is just 5 percent of what is really going on in the match.
2016-04-26 19:22
Oh right. So if we see a guy snappin' heads like there is not tomorrow, we have to watch other POV's which have absolutely nothing to do with the guy snappin' heads like there is not tomorrow. k m8
2016-04-27 11:05
He also plays cs. Even with the "injury"
2016-04-26 19:14
same shit happened to Rafa NADAL, so it can be true
2016-04-26 19:18
this is the dumbest shit. if they actually caught a high profile cheater it would be amazing for the scene, not destroy it. there are so many idiots that think the pro scene is filled with cheaters, so how would catching one be a bad thing? it would make everyone trust the legitimacy of valve, the anti cheats and the game.
2016-04-26 19:21
No LOL, if everybody knew about the fact that everybody cheats (not saying it's sure but just pretend) then the majority of people would stop following the scene.
2016-04-26 19:24
not if they get get banned and the game gets an influx of new legitimate players. i've also been reading shit that people think all the pros know everyone is cheating and condone it while keeping it in their little circle. this would be even dumber than this thread. why would a team say outside of the top 5 let the top teams cheat if they know. it's the most retarded logic i've ever read.
2016-04-26 19:29
It's retarded, i know, but that shit happens in cyclism too so it's not a totally new thing. All the top pro cyclists cheat, but everyone knows that so they just deal with it.
2016-04-26 20:11
that's actually not entirely true. cycling took a hit when armstrong got caught years after he already quit and it took like 2 years for it to really set off again. taking down someone in his prime is an accomplishment for everyone involved and will make everyone feel safer because shit's being actively done about it. also doping is completely different to cheating in a video game.
2016-04-26 20:42
Just curious - how do you see it as completely different? I see more similarities than differences....
2016-04-26 21:58
cycling is still a physical sport. playing cs isn't and cheating instantly caps you to the games limitations.
2016-04-27 22:03
Taking it to the games limitations, would make the cheating too obvious - just like doping. Both is about not overdoing it, so you won't get caught.
2016-04-28 00:36
seems legit
2016-04-26 19:24
It makes sense tho.
2016-04-26 19:24
It makes no sense. Is it really so hard to fathom a pro picking up a wrist injury when they play as much as they do and on their level? That's makes far more sense than this dumb shit.
2016-04-26 22:54
Ez for ENCE
2016-04-27 15:00
It not about something being truth, but about making sense. Just injury makes more sense than this "avoid the ban" version NT ALLU
2016-04-27 22:15
Everytime someone accuses someone of maybe cheating; they never look at all the evidence that go against it. Many people are talking about 25%+ of the pro scene is cheating, but isn't it wierd how non of the pro's are talking about it? I'm pretty sure that if there are alot of pro's using some kind of top secret hacks that there would be some guy out there that doesn't like a player that is using this top secret cheat and can prove he is cheating. Like ex team mates, coaches or an ex employe of an organisation. It just doesn't make any sense that they would be able to keep something like this away from the public for such a long time. But i will add that there ARE some cheaters out there that are so obvious, but nobody can do anything about it because having "fishy" clips of a player isn't proof enough. I think everyone is aware that some players are using some kind of aimlock hack, but nobody wants to discuss the topic because it's so controversiall and we don't have enough "proof".

2016-04-26 21:44
Most players thought flusha and other fnatic players cheated, for example some penta guys said that in an interview in 2014 with r. Lewis and c9 guys on their pov streams said jokes about flusha cheating, assuming he was. After mid 2015 though, it seems like nobody talks about it anymore, I don't think it's a coincidence
2016-04-26 20:17
I don't think the guys in Penta or C9 would know if a player in Fnatic is cheating. Flusha have had alot of people saying he is a blatant cheater, but nobody has been able to prove it even though it's pretty likely he was/is cheating. If anyone could prove someone in Fnatic was cheating, it would be Devilwalk or Pronax. Now this is a very big conspiracy, but it might be in their contracts that they can't talk publicly about the players cheating, even after they have left or been kicked from the team. This is just a huge conspiracy though and pretty unlikely.
2016-04-26 20:28
My point was that if other pro players who understand how the game works at that level, think he is cheating, then I think they should be right. But yea i would agree that they can't really prove it.
2016-04-26 20:39
Pros are worthless and biased, just look at shox watching the inferno clip of Flusha and call him cheater for that. Just one gif and a random hs, terrible analysis from him. But then they stopped calling flusha a cheater when the aim lock movement targeted them as well.
2016-04-26 21:41
The reason Shox and many other pro's has called out Flusha is not from just 1 clip alone. If shox watched an inferno clip of flusha and called him a cheater; i'll garantee you that Shox has seen more than just that 1 clip and therfore he said he was cheating. Flusha is/was obviously cheating and anyone that has played the game for a while can see that, but nobody can prove it other than the fact that we can just tell by his movement. So we can't be 100% sure, but we can be 99% sure. And you don't ban someone from the game unless you're 100% sure. There has been several "fishy" clips on alot of pro's, but a couple of wierd clips isn't enough to say if they are hacking or not.

Plenty of players have said stuff in the background. Wasnt there just that clip recently with Friberg talking about flusha's toggling or something?
2016-04-26 21:40
it hasnt always been kept out, emilio's teammates came forward and said they knew he was cheating(at lan also) but were afraid to say anything. it could easily be the case in the current scene, no one wants to step up and call out the big dogs for hacks because they know their own career's will suffer tremendously.
2016-04-27 19:35
If there's somebody that cheats in fnatic is not Olof haha, jokes apart, I don't think he got banned or something, he just had a wrist injury that's all it happens...
2016-04-26 19:31
if someone is cheating for information, then they are all cheating.
2016-04-27 19:36
You're right but I think nobody cheats in fnatic they're just monsters
2016-04-28 00:03
You can pre-aim the right door of de dust2 from t spawn and headshot a ct crossing before seeing him 1/100 times and people will call cheats. This game has been out for way too long and we play the same map pool as 10 years ago. Of course suspicious stuff will happen. I'm not saying theirs no cheaters its just this witch hunt is kind of ridiculous. Dude got a wrist injury and now everyone has a conspiracy theory....
2016-04-26 19:34
Mate, we are talking about spesific players that are having multiple clips that are very fishy and players that are just as good, but have close to no fishy clips. If you see a player tracking someone trough a wall 20 times over 100 games while the rest of the players does it 1 over 100 games; then there is something wierd going on. Right?
2016-04-26 19:39
That's not the kind of suspicious shit we're talking about. We're talking about shit like this youtube.com/watch?v=WYllUMj87d8 youtube.com/watch?v=xwv8oYxIYvI youtube.com/watch?v=l9ZF1d8QnBc

well yea, which makes it really hard to believe that VAC would recongnize cheats that are coded even better. We already know that ESEA would go public with it.
2016-04-26 22:53
To continue the trail of this thread, though... Valve only banned KQLY because they knew ESEA would go public with it. The huge list of upcoming bans (alluded to by the twat who runs ESEA - lpkane) never appeared, and then ESEA became a partner for majors (and have subsequently caught nobody of any significance). Oooooh shiiiiiiit.

Surely that deal would have happened before the ban..? KQLY getting banned before a major is not very good for the game, and people start asking questions. I just don't understand how someone like flusha can be inconsistent if he's cheating, he had a 1.02 rating at Columbus. And why would he then "toggle" in a useless online game. It doesn't make any sense. And the thing is, people think that they are cheating because of some nice shots. If I had been playing for hours everyday for 6+ years im pretty sure I would have pretty crisp aim too.
2016-04-26 23:16
Just typed out a long ass reply and my net cut out. Basically said: flusha most consistent player I've ever seen. Fnatic always seem to have the Godlike plays on the crucial rounds. I always found krimz to be suspicious. There was reasoning but I can't be bothered. Maybe they cheat, maybe they don't. Maybe they did before but don't now. However much you believe one or other you will never know the answer for sure.

You could apply the same tinfoil hat theory to Envyus mysteriously going from being an unstoppable force to a team that struggles to even beat tier 2 teams, or s1mple suddenly leaving Team Liquid despite seemingly being a success. Without any hard evidence, you sound about as credible as the fruitcakes who believe UFOs are abducting people.

Don't compliment full retards.. This guy went beyond!
2016-04-27 12:19
Well, you are basing all this on an assumption that if the organisers report this, it would hurt their credibility and the game. But on the contrary, in my opinion of course, if the organisers say someone is cheating, they would actually gain crediblity because they are clearing the game of cheaters.
2016-04-26 21:27
no, it would raise further questions. How long have he cheated, what do you do with the money he earned, should he be taken to court. How many other players cheat then?
2016-04-26 22:19
it is pretty accurate
2016-04-26 21:33
Olof is probably the last guy from fnatic that cheated ironically. There are barley any clips at all.

Can someone who understand have an opinion to the comment that robin1G made on this post about Twitch/fb/steam connection? Please its mindblowing hltv.org/?pageid=18&threadid=1131703#r15..
2016-04-26 21:48
With all the shit people usually write on this forum, your theory is actually plausible and I find it interesting, especially because of fnatic's recent bad form. I kind of doubt olof really cheated, but if he did then this would certainly be the least troublesome way to cover it up. It is weird that a lot of pro players have suddenly all developed wrist injuries at once, so maybe there is some merit to this theory. I don't think exposing a famous player as a cheater would ruin the whole scene though, I think it would definitely cause a huge uproar and witch hunt in the community, but I don't think it would damage anyone too badly apart form the other fnatic players and the org
2016-04-26 22:32
No it's not plausible, it's absolutely retarded. Why do you think fnatic have shown poor form lately? because they are playing without the best player in the world perhaps and have to change a lot because of it? A lot of pro players developed wrist injuries? who else than GuardiaN and olofmeister? You sound very delusional. n0thing has wrist injuries as well but he's had them for years and how is it surprising that pros that use their wrists as much as they do could pick up injuries? jesus, people on HLTV really are as dumb as I thought.
2016-04-26 22:54
It isn't "absolutely retarded," just highly unlikely I would say. Yes, having a stand in will obviously impact a team's performance quite significantly, but fnatic have dropped off a staggering amount from their previous godly form. More than most people expected. I'm not saying that's because anyone on the team is cheating/cheated, but it is possible (hence why I said "plausible" and not "likely"). Also, shox tweeted this about a hand/wrist injury: twitter.com/G2shox/status/72023074003895.. Clearly it's not as if dozens of players have gotten injured out of nowhere, but many of them announced it within a relatively short period if time. What's surprising isn't that pros are getting injured, it's that they developed their injuries very close to one another or just didn't announce it until olof's was brought to light. Either way, I really don't think I'm being delusional, I'm just considering an interesting and slightly humorous theory that I haven't heard before. There's a very slim chance that it's 100% correct, but there's nothing dumb about considering something that is definitely possible (although unlikely).
2016-04-26 23:07
thats a fun theory. i havenÄt even thought about that 9/10
2016-04-26 22:44

HLTV showing it's true delusional retardness again. Wow, a few pros picked up a wrist injury, they must be cheating. It's completely impossible to pick up an wrist injury when you spend as much time playing as the pros do on their level.

2016-04-27 11:26
I never understood the whole "if they ban a pro player it destroys the scene" argument. Why would this be a bad thing? If the fans stop following the game because X or Y player get banned, they arent really a fan of the game to begin with and who cares. Other pro players might get more motivated by the fact that, say some top 5 player cheat, they know that they can perform even better now. To me, CS:GO and it's scene loses more credibility when/if pro players are given special privileges, just because of this. It's hard for me imagining NO pro player is cheating right now and I'm fairly sure that a lot of pro players have gotten away with it in the past. Did CS:GO die when KQLY got banned?

No1 gave a shit about KQLY. And also the sponsors don't care if you like cs, gtr or his mom, they want money. There are tons of people who would stop watching if all of NiP got banned for cheating for example. So it is possible that a cheating case would get buried.

He just drinked too much yogurt and now he farts, becuase of this well insolated containers in which they play finals at lans other Fnatic players didn't want to play with him. youtube.com/watch?v=u-An87lqU88
2016-04-27 17:57
Nice theory, I like it. I agree that Valve would never ban any Fnatic player for cheating, even if they were handed 100% proof of it on a silver platter. Every single top team, including NiP, is cheating now. This is a result of Fnatic cheating their way into top tournament placings for 3 years, while Valve + the orgs do nothing. There is no way Valve is unaware of all this. So they are either willfully apathetic to the cheating, or maliciously complicit with it. They can't ban any Fnatic player now, it's way too late. If a 3x major-winner was VACd, all of the sponsors and investors would drop CSGO like a hot potato and all the money would drain right out of the scene. The game would die. If you don't believe it, look at what happened to Titan-- the org itself blamed KQLY's VAC ban for single-handedly bankrupting the company. That all being said, the biggest flaw I can see with your theory is "why olof and not flusha?" Far more people have caught on to Flusha's illegitimacy, while AFAIK very few seriously suspect Olof, largely due to a lack of highly suspicious clips. I mean, Olof aimlocks for sure, but he doesn't have the super blatant laundry list of clips that Flusha does (not to mention the de_cache bust by Ko1n which was later reinforced by konfig, and the 1-tick crosshair teleportation headlock on Inferno recently). So if Valve were going to force a "wrist injury" on a Fnatic player, I would have to think it would be Flusha... fat fucking pig
2016-04-27 18:23

Highly unlikely. Watch the Fragbite interview with Olof and he explains his injury. It sounds like he has thoracic outlet syndrome.
